Sprawling Spanish traditional style 3 bd 3.5 ba home with beautiful open beamed ceilings and terracotta tile floors. Formal Living, Dining and Family rooms offer plenty of space for family and friends to spread out and relax. Expansive open kitchen with bar area is fully equipped with brand new gas range, updated cabinetry, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Dedicated laundry room offers front load washer and dryer. Primary bedroom offers a King sized bed, TV, desk/workspace, large en-suite bathroom with spacious stone floored shower and jacuzzi tub. Both secondary bedrooms offer queen sized bed, walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom. Covered patio provides elegant transition between indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor living room is perfect for entertaining and is equipped with flat screen TV, fireplace and BBQ. Lush grounds include grotto style pool and spa, outdoor shower, fountains, patio furniture, loungers, retractable awning and fruit trees. This home has everything you need to enjoy fun in or out of the sun! Two car garage and safe parking on an HOA maintained cul-de-sac. Excellent location in a quiet section of Movie Colony, offering easy access to all that Palm Springs has to offer whether walking or driving. 5 minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park, 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 minute drive to aerial tram. If you are looking for a well-appointed property to spend quality time with family and friends, this is the place for you!

This is a beautiful, well appointed house! It had everything we needed for our stay and more. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small dog with us, and it was nice that the property is securely fenced in, which also provided plenty of privacy. I won't take any points away for these, but the only cons were: no tv in the third bedroom, and the pool was way too freezing to go in. We were able to heat the spa, but thought the pool would be heated as well. Didn't have a negative affect on our stay, but might be important to some. It's a quick 5 minute drive to the downtown area, maybe walkable for some. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house and grounds were beautiful, and very warm, and comfortable. My sisters and I stayed there for a week. The 3 bedrooms were all en suite with spacious closetsand their own TVs. The living spaces were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. We really loved this house. Plus it was all on one level with wide doorways, it was perfect for walkers, etc. We would love to stay there again.

The yard was a beautiful oasis. The hot tub heats up swiftly, and going back and forth from the hot tub to the pool satisfied most of our fitness needs. It's a really thoughtfully appointed space. We came in and saw a water cooler and didn't realize until we were leaving that there were more jugs in the garage. It never occurred to us that such luxuries were meant for us!None of the bedrooms share walls, and you have basically three spacious hangout spaces, two inside and the amazing patio. We had a lot to do in PSP (it was Dinah Shore!) but we had a hard time leaving the house. The host is warm, lovely, and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful Home in Palm Springs

This home was perfect for our group of five aged 20-60. The homeowner was very helpful with our questions before our trip and throughout our stay. The home was very clean, well stocked (especially the kitchen), roomy, and had a nice layout. The outdoor spaces, of which there were many, were very relaxing and the landscaping was meticulous. The citrus trees were also a nice touch. The pool was clean and a good size for our group. It was really nice that all bedroom rooms had an en suite bathroom we had the powder room in the hall. It's location was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs and the home was located on a very quaint cul-de-sac. I was pleased that the photos were reflective of it's current state. We loved our stay and hope we can make it back one day!

Desert Oasis

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Spanish-style home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning architecture, gorgeous tile floors, and thoughtful design throughout. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need. The swimming pool was a dream—so relaxing and private, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sunshine. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect House in Palm Springs

As the title notes, this is a perfect house in the Palm Springs area. On a quiet cul-de-sac close enough to everything in Palm Springs but secluded enough to be away from all the crowds. House is beautiful, clean, with everything you would need. Nice pool and jacuzzi. We only stayed a couple of days but wish we could've stayed longer. Great communication with the host. Basically, just a great, stress-free home base to explore the area and then come back to relax. You can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway

House is absolutely perfect for a family of 4 to get away from LA, lounge by the pool and relax. Kitchen is stocked and had everything we needed. Fruit trees in the back provided fresh OJ and grapefruit mornings (in season now). The pool was so peaceful and we spent most of our time there. Bathroom for each bedroom is so luxurious. Appreciated that the furniture was comfortable, too!

Better than we even expected

Beautiful home, kitchen well equipped, wonderful pool and spa. Great layout of the house. Very comfortable beds. Each bedroom had their own private full bath (plus additional 1/2 bath). Very convenient to groceries, downtown, the airport, etc. The initial communication and instructions were thorough. We did not need to contact the host for anything. Washer and dryer worked great. And the view of the mountains was spectacular. The pictures on VRBO just don’t do it justice. It was better than we expected.

Amazing home

Would definitely stay in this home again. Felt very high class, clean, close to everything you possibly couldwant and need. The layout of the house is super engaging in the backyard with the pool offers both shaded areas as well as sunny spots to enjoy. Will definitely come back

Incredible Movie Colony stay!

We could not be happier with our recent stay at Sam’s house! The property was incredibly well-equipped and exceptionally cozy, with beautiful holiday décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. Thoughtful touches—like a safety gate by the pool for kids—gave us peace of mind and made the space ideal for our family.We travel frequently and often stay in VRBO homes, and Sam’s house is one of the best we’ve experienced. The layout, amenities, and overall comfort were unmatched, and the attention to detail truly stood out. On top of that, Sam’s communication was exceptional—he was responsive, kind, and ensured everything went smoothly. This home reminded us why VRBO is our go-to for group and family trips, and we can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Palm Springs Perfection!

We loved every minute of our time at this gorgeous home! It was the perfect retreat for our family to decompress at before the rush of Christmas week. The home is well-appointed and has an incredible location. We would definitely stay here again!
