The interior boasts chic retro-modern decor, high ceilings in the living room and kitchen, and light wood floors throughout. Furnished with modern appliances and conveniences, this home is perfectly designed for a memorable Palm Springs getaway. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood near Demuth Park, you’ll also be just moments away from the shopping, dining, and recreation that make Palm Springs famous.

Spacious Comfort for Family or Friends:
The home comfortably sleeps six guests, making it ideal for families or groups of up to three couples. The Primary Bedroom features a plush King bed and private bath, while two stylish Queen bedrooms offer a cozy retreat. Two convertible sofas in the living room provide additional sleeping areas, perfect for kids.

Fully Equipped for Relaxation and Fun:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, and cookware. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, or take the festivities outside to enjoy the sunny Palm Springs weather.

Pool heat is optional at an additional daily fee.

We stayed 5 nights in March, 2026. We enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved the convenient location and the relaxing atmosphere that the house provided. The view of the mountains could be seen from the spa and pool. While we didn't cook any meals during our stay, we certainly could have. The home provided so many comforts of home. We will look for this property again when we return the Palm Springs area.

A great property in a very good location. The property was as nice and well appointed as described and lived up to its previous reviews. Extra credit to Tony, who went out of his way to respond to our queries, especially in the first couple days of our stay when we were still figuring things out. The location was convenient both to the many attractions and dining opportunities in Palm Springs as well as being able to quickly get out of the area for travel to places like Joshua Tree NP and the Salton Sea area. We didn't use the pool so have no comments on that, but noted a couple of visits from the "pool guy" and groundskeeper. IOW, everything is well maintained.

We love this property and this was unbelievably our 4 th time staying here. All is peaceful and serene after a busy day hiking, attending Modernism week, or the many entertainment opportunities here in the Coachella Valley. The house is well equipped if you want to cook and dine Al fresco but also near enough to enjoy the many restaurants.. We brought our dog and there is a very friendly park nearby and a great gym.The landscaping is well cared for as is the pool and hot tub. The owner is very accommodating and may drop off eggs from his chicken ranch.

A charming house in a great neighborhood. Our host, Tony, met us upon arrival and showed us how to work everything - most importantly, the hot tub! The house is furnished with lots of cheerful mid-century touches. The neighborhood is quiet and a 5-8 minute drive to downtown.

An Incredible Stay!

This property was incredible, and honestly one of my favorite vacation rentals ever. A great location, lots of space, an awesome pool and backyard, a well-stocked kitchen, super clean, plenty of amenities, and more!Tony is an excellent host, as well (thanks Tony!). It's immediate clear how much care and thoughtfulness he's put into the property, and it was a pleasure to stay in a home that's been so well cared for.

Golf Get Away

We were visiting mainly for golf.This property's location was great for many golf courses. We didn't even burn a full tank of gas with five rounds of golf. Also, there was a park nearby for pickleball. The host tony was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay! From getting fresh citrus from the backyard to swimming in a sparkling pool. Very quiet and serene. Love looking at the mountains. Well stocked kitchen! Pickleball within walking distance where you can get in on games. I thought maybe the close proximity to airport would be a problem. No problem. Lots of great hiking trails super close. Beautiful! Frank and Tony were very kind and welcoming. Thanks again!

Very inviting

This was our third stay at this property so obviously we like it. We love it because the owner and property manager are very personable and accommodating. They provided a keurig coffee maker when we asked. This time we had our dog with us and the nearby Demuth park was perfect for dog walks and people watching. We could also walk to a nearby gym. There is so much to do in Palm Springs and again the location is convenient. We visited museums, architecture tours, activités at Sunnylands and in Rancho Mirage. We hiked and visited Idyllwild. Best of all is coming back to the pool and hot tub in the beautiful landscaped yard and relaxing with a view of the mountain. We plan to return for more sunshine treatment.

Very Nice House and Pool

The house was in great shape the pool was perfect with the hot tub. Very well organized and up to date with everything we needed for a great stay. Location is very close to airport which can be a bit noisy at times if that is a concern.

Great Rental Home

A great rental home! Very quiet neighborhood with a very private backyard salt water pool and hot tub. The home is well stocked with all the amenities you could need. 12 pickleball courts are within walking distance away. The property manager is great and is quick to help if needed. Best Ever Palm Springs Rental

Everything about our month-long stay was perfect. The property manager, Frank, is responsive, informative, and helpful. The property owner, Tony, has created a beautiful property. Great mid-century home that is very nicely decorated. The kitchen has any dish, pan, or utensil you’ll need, as well as basic condiments and paper goods. The outdoor space is beautiful and very private. Many seats outside to choose from for your time in the sun. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. We would stay there again!

This is our second stay and there is a reason for that. We stayed 2 weeks. It is like a mini resort. House is well supplied and comfortable. Pool and hot tub welcoming after a long day of hiking or visiting sights. Loved walking in nearby park and joined gym within walking distance. Relaxing in lovely very private landscaped yard if we decided to just take a day off. Check in with Frank is easy and he will provide suggestions on restaurants and sights. Thanks Frank for telling us about Çabot House. Within 30 minutes can be at several major parks or Indian reservations.

Perfect Oasis for the Holidays

This is my second time renting one of Tony's properties in the DelMuth park neighborhood of Palm Springs. The house was well appointed, attractive and very clean. Frank, Tony's property manager, is always friendly and helpful upon arrival and available as needed. The house location is very convenient to the airport and downtown. A few girlfriends and I stayed in the house for Thanksgiving week with the intention of relaxing in the hot tub and pool, and enjoying a few local attractions. We spent one day visiting the Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain and the outdoor maker-museum at East Jesus (check them out!). We spent other days at Joshua Tree National Park, Indian Canyons and downtown Palm Springs. We had a great week in a great house!

Great Place to Stay

The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and the property manager, Frank, was extremely nice and welcoming. He was quick to respond to us when we had a question. The house was very clean, cool and comfortable. It was conveniently located about 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and close to the airport. Didn't really notice the planes that much either. Relaxing in Palm springs

My husband and I and our adult son and his girlfriend had a great time staying at this property which is landscaped with desert plants and has an indoor our feel. Lovely view of mountain. We used the hot tub and pool to relax in after our days’ adventure. Location was great for exploring downtown and the area as near a major highway. We came for the Indian wells tennis tournament which was only a 30 minute drive and did hiking on Indian Reservation and museums. We ate out in restaurants and found the kitchen equipped for some in house cooking and barbecue. Frank brought us the most delicious grapefruit we’ve ever had and was prompt in any questions we had. We were sorry to leave and hope to be back.

Frankly, it was great

Usually we stay downtown but we were lucky to find this place as choices were slim. Neighborhood looked rundown but there were several properties that had been renovated and more in process. Frank, the on site property host, assured us that it was a quiet working class neighborhood and it was. Frank was a joy to work with. He met us at the house with a gift of fresh citrus from his tree and walked us through the house. It suited our needs perfectly. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. The exterior landscaping and back yard were wonderful. If the weather had been a little warmer we would have loved to spend more time out there. The owner has a great asset in Frank. Our questions and needs were promptly and cheerfully responded to. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
