December23, 2025 Last week we stayed and things were pretty ok, Rep at desk was super nice.
Our return on January 1st, we arrived late as we had a late flight. Arrived at hotel around 11:30 pm, had to be buzzed in. The rep at desk was Tim, very unfriendly he put us to room 105. We got in there and about lost it, a/c did not work, bed was dirty, windows were dirty, refrigerator was dirty it was a filthy room. I called Tim and said we needed to be moved as that room was not acceptable. He said I’ll see if I can move your room. So we waited for a call back and he didn’t call, so we walked up to lobby and he pulled the keys from me and said he’d put us in 214 but we still looked like we were in 105. The room was more acceptable than the other but the tub has corrosion around drain.
We left in the morning and they said they had breakfast, you can’t even call it breakfast, tiny muffins and nutri-grain bars.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and the attractiveness of the facility on outside is deceiving. The people around were very sketchy looking.
I will never stay at this brand again and honestly, I’d like to be refunded for the January 1st stay of $112.00.
Sorry so disappointed.
