Desert Serenity -As Seen on TV!! A&E's VACATION RENTAL POTENTIAL

Mid-Century Modern-Industrial Home with Dramatic South Facing Views overlooking Indian Canyons Golf Course to the Surrounding wrap around Mountains. This is a one of a kind property. Extremely private with Stainless Steel Entry Gates open into an enclosed Compound. Featuring 12' to 16' Ceilings and Two Master Suites, equally exceptional in size, views & location. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a full bathroom with the 4th bedroom which comfortably sleeps two (2) adults or four (4) children on the 2 day beds each with a trundle.

Our Property can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 8 adults, however we can have up to 10 people total with additional guests being children 12 or under.

Every window in the home purposely promotes a view and adds to the serenity. Spend the day soaking up the sun and wading in the salt water pool, or stroll in nearby Downtown Palm Springs. A 20 ft bank of individual sliding glass doors creates an indoor/outdoor lifestyle like no other. Open Kitchen with updated stainless steal appliances features a bar window that opens upward allowing for a cohesive entertaining experience and easy access to Barbecue, Poolside relaxation and outdoor fire pit. This is a property not to be missed!

We LOVED this property. It was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect setting for a gathering of great friends. The Bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The Kitchen and outdoor BBQ had everything and more to create amazing meals. And the pool was the perfect exclaimation point. Thank you for sharing your property!

Perfect getaway location. The house was so nice we ended up ditching some dinner plans out and ordered in and enjoyed the space. Very clean, well-equipped and kitchen had every utensil or dish you could need. We would definitely return!

This was our second time staying and we had a great time. The house is a great layout well maintained and equipped. The pool area had misters which were fab. The property manager gave Steve gave us some great recommendations for restaurants.

LOVE!

House is everything and more! We celebrated my husbands 40th with 2 nights in Palm Springs with friends (4 adults and 3 littles). The house and outdoor space were perfect. We will for sure be back! Jill gave great recommendations and I was able to secure chef Mike for our first night, amazing!

Another Great Stay

Our second time at this wonderful home. Everything was the same as last time, perfect. Some new furniture and fixtures were nice touches. You can't beat the back yard/pool and the views of the mountains. Our favorite time of day was in the late afternoon watching the sun disappearing behind the mountain from the huge covered patio. You won't regret booking this one.

Perfect dream house

Where do I start? From initial communication with Jill to the end of trip with Steve, the rental was perfection. Super responsive and accommodated our group requests. The house is gorgeous and absolutely amazing in amenities and comfort. Group of 8 for our annual girls trip and we did not want to leave. It will be hard to top this one. Thank you Jill and Steve.

Amazing property - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an incredible property! My friends and I rented this house for a girls weekend and it was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood is quite, the views are stunning and the house was in great condition. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous Property

Booked this property for my daughters sweet 16 and it did not disappoint! New Jersey I can’t The words to describe this property is STUNNING, SPACIOUS and High-Tech. From the beautiful views, decor to the bathtub with the water plunging from the ceiling into the tub😍 Steve and Jill are both Amazing snd helpful . I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect PS Get away

We had a great time, the place was perfect and both the owner and local concierge were very attentive. We weren't able to access the home at the designated check in time, but the situation was out of their control. The owner offered to remedy by giving us a late check out. Overall, a great experience for our family!

Exceeded expectations

My family had a great time at this home. Everything about it was high end and didn’t feel like a typical rental home (felt more like a luxury resort). The pool and views were amazing we loved the quiet location. Pool toys/floats were a hit with my kids. We already booked our next stay!

Lots of Surprises - Bad and Good

We were getting away for a girls weekend, and were super happy to book Jill's place. She was kind in our exchange, as was our property manager - Brian. I was pleasantly surprised by the space we had in the house, much larger than the pictures show. However, I would caution a few items as they were really not up to par given the price point of this house. For the reasons below, I wouldn't stay here again: 1. The main back door doesn't lock, which was a shock and we were only notified of this at check in. Having a group of 8 girls in an unlocked home all weekend gave us a some uneasy feelings. 2. The 4th hole to the golf course is less than 15 feet from the edge of the property, so throughout the day you have no privacy from the incoming golfers. Although the golf course is gorgeous, I would caution booking if you're looking for a 'serene home' 3. Updated pictures, alot of the furniture featured in the pics is not what is actually in the home. What has replaced the original furniture is nice, but definitely not as nice as what is in the photos (specifically living room, and outside patio furniture). Just feeling a bit taken aback given the price point. Again, Jill and Brian were great, but this home was somewhat of a let down given the price point.

Palm Springs Perfection

We had an amazing stay at Desert Serenity! The house is even better in person! If you want the perfect Palm Springs experience, this is the place! We especially loved the indoor / outdoor space and beautiful pool. Truly amazing!

I thought long and hard about what adjectives I would use to describe our stay at this property. Words like "magical", "blissful" and "splendid" came to mind. This home was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. This was our first vacation in 2 years and our first trip to Palm Springs. The photos while accurate cannot fully capture its beauty. We would stay again in a heartbeat and certainly hope to have the opportunity to do so. If you are lucky enough to have the chance to stay here do it. It's an experience you will treasure for years to come.
