The Space
Step into this light-filled, open-concept home designed for effortless group gatherings. The spacious great room features a cozy lounge area with ample seating, a fireplace, and a huge flat-screen TV. A wall of windows blurs the line between indoors and out, letting the sunshine—and the Palm Springs vibe—fill the space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and a dining area that seats up to 10. Whether you're prepping dinner or just refilling drinks, everyone stays connected.

All bedrooms are outfitted with plush hotel-quality mattresses and generous storage. TVs in 4 of 5 bedrooms. Guests especially love the layout with near-private baths for most bedrooms.

Outdoor Living
The private backyard is a true desert retreat—completely walled and surrounded by a tall ficus hedge for maximum privacy. Lounge by the pool, unwind in the spa, or play a lawn game with friends. Fire up the gas BBQ and dine under the stars, then gather around the fire pit for cocktails and conversation. Tucked-away nooks offer quiet escapes for a solo read or a nap in the shade.

Location
Located on a quiet residential street in Sunrise Park, Desert Chill is just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, the Convention Center, Farmers Market, casino, and more. Walk to local grocery stores, Starbucks, or hop in the car for a short ride to the Uptown Design District's shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
