Beds: K, K, Q, Q, T Step inside to discover sophisticated mid-century styling, an open-concept great room, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow through walls of glass. With a fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining for ten, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace, the home is perfect for both vacation and work-from-desert stays. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Designed for pure relaxation and outdoor entertaining, this walled and gated property is your own private resort. The glamorous in-ground pool and raised spa serve as the focal point, framed by dramatic mountain views in every direction. Lounge under umbrellas with a great book, take a refreshing dip, or unwind beneath the evening sky as the spa's jets bubble away. The expansive backyard features a four-hole mini golf course, perfect for kids and kids-at-heart, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. The showstopping covered pavilion includes a comfortable outdoor living room, dining area, and a hardline gas BBQ grill—your go-to spot for cooking, cocktails, and shaded afternoon hangouts. A Perfect Palm Springs Place!

I stayed at Alexander on Belford with my elderly mom, a friend of hers from college, and her friend’s daughter. We loved the house and our time in Palm Springs!

We did find that Palm Springs’ new regulations regarding noise levels outside were prohibitive and did effect our ability to fully relax. The house was clean and in a niceness neighborhood. Sadly, there was so much construction and yard work at neighboring properties that created a lot of external racket. One tiny detail: the house needs to be equipped with much more hand soap and body wash. We were a large group who uses a lot of sunscreen. One tube of body gel was hardly enough to get us through the week. Overall, we had a great stay and we’d recommend the house to others.

We stayed here with several friends and our two newborns. The house is great for groups and has a wonderful location. The house is well decorated and very convenient. We will definitely come back!

The house was everything we had hoped for and just as it was pictured with spacious rooms, great seating areas for the whole group both inside and out. Excellent location for our trip. The service was fantastic with prompt responses and support throughout our experience. Would highly recommend to others!

Very nice stay. Had a great time!!

Very cute mid century modern home. Would’ve been great to have an outside fire pit. Kids loved the putting green and the heated pool!! However, there were no extra blankets or pillows in the home. Had to call to get more. Housekeeping was able to drop them off that afternoon.
