Mountain view pool home within walking distance of Indian Wells Tennis Garden for shuttle to Coachella and Stage Coach events. 300 yard walk to Gate 9 and 10 of Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This Indian Wells single family home. Recently renovated. Indian Wells Permit #VV-0022

* Two Cal King master suites with HDTV, one with fireplace. Hair dryer and iron and board provided
* Third bedroom queen size bed
3 baths
*Fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable appliance. Kitchenaid Double Oven, Coffee maker, coffee grinders, Fondue, Crock pot, Blenders and more.
*60" HDTV
*Sitting area around pool/spa with mountain views to accommodate large groups.
*Kitchenaid stainless steel gas BBQ with outdoor dining.
*Wireless Internet
Minimum 2 night 3 day rental
4 night minimum for Coachella, Stagecoach, Christmas/New Years & Thanksgiving weeks.
Pool heat is $30 per night if needed plus tax.
Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

This home is in a great location in a lovely neighborhood. The layout of the home and yard is very nice. The kitchen is equipped fairly well. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. The only "hit" is that the master shower does not have a door and the closet is very tiny. But overall a nice place to stay.

This place was perfect. Gorgeous home in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful and the view was even better. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was set up with everything you would ever need. When we had a few questions, the management answered quickly to resolve matters. We had no complaints whatsoever. In fact, we’ve started planning our next stay!

We came for a wedding at Indian Wells. Proximaty was great — we were just 6-7 minutes from the wedding venue. House was immaculate and very well provisioned. Property manager was easy to communicate with and super responsive. Highly recommend. (We never used pool it got tub — no time.)

Short getaway for some fun in the sun

Perfect getaway for our small family and pup. We loved the single story home in a great location. Appreciate access to the garage for keeping our car cool. The pool, hot tub, and all of the amenities were great (high chair, pool towels, kitchen equipment, spices, a variety of coffee makers, etc).

Fantastic home

My family stayed for three days and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The listing was very accurate, they have everything cooking/kitchen/bathroom bedding etc we could have possibly needed. Even coffee and a fantastic pantry of spices oils etc…The pool was perfect for our family and we loved having the grass area too to play on. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to many stores for last minute grocery items. The gas bbq was perfect for our outdoor dinner night and lots of outdoor seating. Everyone slept great on the comfy beds in the three different bedrooms. The board games and puzzles were a great surprise and were perfect for family time. Plenty of plastic dishes and cups that were kid friendly but also great for outdoor snacks and drinks by the pool. We loved the shade provided by the two big umbrellas and the outdoor bar seating too. My kids voted for sure would want to come again. The best part was how accessible the house was, a nice flat single floor layout with no stairs and even a flat entry into two of the showers. Nice big open layout throughout most of the house as well. One of my children has a mobility disability so it was important to us it would have good accessibility and the photos and descriptions matched what we were hoping for. There was a nice small raised area of the lawn that followed the slope of the stairs leading to the hot tub, which worked great as an alternative to using the stairs.

Better than the pictures, spacious and relaxing

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is beautiful and has a giant fridge. Back yard is really relaxing as well with an unobstructed view of the mountains and a bit of real grass. The main bedroom is very nice and easy to have a good night sleep in. Only thing is the main shower drain needs to be cleaned because water backs up on the floor quickly.

Nice Rental in Indian Wells

The property and location of the property were fantastic. Nice backyard with pool and spa. Well furnished and everything you can think of was on the property in terms of kitchenware, supplies, bedding, linens, etc. we brought our dog Penny with us. The neighbor was great for taking her on walks.

Absolutely wonderful!

This is our second time at this house and it was perfect for a family of four. The ability to heat the pool during our visit resulted in us using the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! The kitchen is so well-equipped and we enjoyed some of the games and puzzles too. The hosts were super responsive too!

The house was immaculate and fully stocked. The pool and jacuzzi were pretty good, but it took a long time for the jacuzzi to heat up. The five of us and our Huskie really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. The invasion of ants in the kitchen was an unanticipated surprise as was the unannounced presence of the pool cleaner. Fortunately we were on site when he came so we could put our dog in the house. I strongly recommend informing the guests of any scheduled maintenance to prevent any problems. Other than that, it is the prefect home away from home.

The perfect desert house

We loved this house. We lived in the desert for 6 years and return a few times a year. We’ve now found our first choice in places to stay. The house is beautiful and clean, the backyard, pool and views are wonderful, and the location cannot be beat!
