There is a washer and dryer inside and 2 car garage with 6 bikes and golf cart availability (offered to month long renters only upon signing a waiver) for riding about the beautifully landscaped complex. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. New refrigerator Aug. 2023. Guests provide their own food. It is open to the dining room and living room surrounded by bar seating to easily entertain while you cook. Homeowner carries a full home warranty policy. Any repair needs to go thru the owner should it occur. Homeowner covers one service fee. This condo is located directly across from one of 46 pools/jacuzzis in Palm Valley. Another is 200 ft away.
