The villa is composed of a large garden on the ground floor with a relaxation pool 6x4 meters.



The outdoor area is complete with shower, sun loungers, large covered patio with a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient barbecue. On the patio, you will find a table with chairs, comfortable sofas, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table. A billiard table and playground are also available for guests to enjoy.



The fully air-conditioned apartments equipped with every comfort are located on the first floor accessed by an external staircase. The property spans 150 sqm with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.



The apartment, "Casa Pomelia," consists of 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a shower; the apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette.



Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, washing machine, television with video on demand, beach towels, and fans. Families are welcome with a high chair and baby crib available. Toys and books for children are provided, and one pet is allowed. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Guests will have exclusive use of all the spaces in the garden, pool and patio on the ground floor. On the first floor there will be 2 independent apartments that can accommodate up to 10 beds. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
