"The house was perfect for our family and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and town! The dinner prepared by Daniela and her husband was some of the best Sicilian food I’ve ever had ( and Im Sicilian!) Our guide Josie was wonderful too. Our only complaint was the garbage system. They use very small cans that have to be taken out every night. "

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area with everything you need in the near. We have been 9 people who were enjoying the stay there. We are recommending it 100%. "Overall the property fit all of our needs. It was located in a great area of Mondello to where you could access the beach and restaurants quickly. The view was amazing! The place was outdated, but VERY clean and has everything you need. On the weekends especially, the parking lot was used as a hangout for local kids who hung out on their motorcycles and drove the parking lot all night long. No one bothered you, it was just loud and obnoxious. The host was great and responded very quickly to any...

"The villa is amazing - the gardens and pool are fantastic. We had a wonderful time splitting time between the beach and knocking around the villa, and it couldn't have worked out better. The beach is a 5 min drive (or 20min walk) so really close and there are a few great restaurants around. # Emiliano was also a great and helpful host - would strongly recommend"

"This property is great for a family of 4 visiting Palermo. There is so much outdoor space, plenty of different places to sit and of course a pool which is cleaned daily. We loved eating outside every morning and also on a couple of evenings when we opted for takeaway rather than eating out at one of the nearby restaurants. There is also a BBQ area if you fancy that. There is also an external kitchen building (there is also one in the main house which we hardly used) which was great for preparing...

"This was the perfect spot for me and my group of friends to relax after a bustling day in Palermo. Our host Gabriele was very attentive and punctual. He was already there waiting on us to check in and was right on time when we were ready to check out. The property is gated and very private. We only wish we could have visited when it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but that shouldn't deter you as it made a great place for us to sit out and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!"
