Wonderful loft in an historical building from the XIX century, with seaview over the Foro Italico and its seafront.Located on the third floor of Palazzo Trinacria from the XIX century, this loft boasts large windows and balconies with marvellous seaview.The cosy living area comes with a relaxing area furnished with a sofa and a double sofa bed where to watch TV or to enjoy the seaview, in addition to a dining area where to eat meals prepared in the small yet functional kitchen, equipped with every tool that may be needed. The living area also comes with a toilet tastefully decorated. The bedroom with a queen-sized bed is separated from the main space thanks to a sliding wood divider. From here, guests will have direct access to the main bathroom with shower, modernly furnished and of great effect thanks to the use of marble and the light selection.Comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating complete the property.*We inform our guests that the building is currently subject to renovation and painting.
