"Great stay overall. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, especially the beds—soft sheets and pillows made it easy to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. Location is excellent and convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again."

"Estuvimos en el Piso 1o del lado de la carretera, habitación grande pero oscura y algo de ruido. El desayuno bueno, la chica del restaurante amable, al igual que la señora de limpieza. La chica de recepción poco flexible con el ingreso al cuarto 1 hora antes, aunque el cuarto estaba listo. La alberca interna pequeña y un poco descuidada. Las fotos no son tan reales de los espacios comunes. Estacionamiento gratis y bueno. Buena ubicación y precio."

"The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator...

"The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. "This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. "

"I would of rated it 5 stars but the TV kept coming on by itself every hour or so the last night stay (which ended up by me disconnecting the power cord) and the elevator push button panel inside one of the elevators was in really bad shape. Other than that I honestly would of rated it 5 stars. Excellent service and amenities all around. Would definitely recommend!"
