  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Anyone with a boat and camping gear could do it :) #Hiking Photo Travel Sweepstakes

This place was absolutely incredible for our anniversary getaway. The views were top notch as was the home. It blew us away with all of the amenities and how serene the property was. Eveything was so organized and labeled! They truly are superhosts. Even our pups thoroughly enjoyed the space. The place was a little further out from town than we originally thought, but honestly, the 20 min drive to town is ao peaceful and became one of our favorite parts of the day. I'd give 10 stars if i could. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your property! Our family was able to soak in the beauty of the mountains, the peacefulness of the ranch, and all the fun that came with the cattle and river activities in Pagosa. You truly thought of everything—your amenities perfectly suited every generation of our group, from our 16-month-old to the 5 and 7 year-olds, all the way up to the adults.Thank you for providing us with such a memorable, relaxing, and fun-filled experience. Peaceful with stunning views

Sensational home away from home

Beautiful property with the best accommodations we have ever experience. The property managers were very vocal and wonderful hosts. The pantry nearly had everything we needed and more. The property was clean and decorated well. You can tell the owners really care about their guests. The yard games were fun, they had a rope swing and the fire table was in full working order. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay again!

Family ski trip

We stayed 6 nights, went skiing three days at Wolf Creek and explored the area. Lovely home with all the amenities and a secluded location. Overall great stay and would finitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

The house itself is great. It's private and accommodating. The views were our favorite part. It is about 30 minutes to pogoas springs but it's a beautiful drive into town. Our only problem with our stay was the housekeeping

This property was so incredibly perfect for our family to stretch out and relax. Every amenity was thought of, from s’more makers to blankets for outside. And that view!

Family togetherness always an experience!

We live in central Texas and love experiencing and exploring other parts of the country.For Christmas we decided to take the family north for snow and fun. When I found this home I knew it was the one! As my oldest daughter said,”The owners hit the jackpot on scenery! What a view!

Perfect All Around

House in beautiful setting with no close neighbors. Views were outstanding. Clean with everything you could possibly need in super stocked pantry. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms again with anything you might need. Communication with host was great along with ease of arriving and leaving. We could have stayed there a long, long time!! Highly recommended and we hope to return again.

Stunning views and comfortable home

The views from this home were beautiful. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the owners was very good. We loved watching the hummingbirds and just enjoying the quiet. There is a lot here for entertaining kids.

Loved everything about this place

The house is beautiful and so peaceful (except for the storms we had every night) being away from town. The owners were great also. The welcome basket was so sweet. Very responsive to messages before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we want to stay near Pagosa Springs again. Thank you for helping me have a great 60th bday vacation with my family!

Exactly as described

Beautiful property and home. Very well stocked as well. Plenty of room to spread out. We were there in August and temps outside were 51-81 and the home stayed cool.

Peaceful!

The beautiful house is far from the busy town, private and peaceful ! The pantry was well stocked. Ahh clean wood floors I can walk barefoot on. The hummingbirds are a riot. I love the clean washer ! Thank you for the nice wine basket. I can’t wait to place the pretty mountain soap in my guest bath.
