"Great home to stay at for a snowboard trip to Wolf Creek. The place was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its a great location close to shops and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and provided detailed information prior to checkin."

"We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding."

"Wonderful unobstructed mountain views from the backyard! Simply beautiful. The location is great... there is a walking path nearby that will take you up town and down the river. Many activities are within walking distance and others just a short drive away (dining, shopping, playgrounds. Wolf Creek Ski Area was only about a 30 min drive easy to get to; there is also a shuttle available. Home was clean and fit our family of 7. The kitchen was perfectly stocked if you choose to cook; mornings were so cozy and comfortable in front of the gas fireplace and the porch table overlooking the San Juan River was ideal for cards or games. "I put my 2 teen boys in the master suite with the 2 queen beds. My husband & I slept comfortably in the queen bedroom. Then my 12 year old son slept in the room with the futon bed. Parking was excellent. Rental had everything we needed and we cooked every meal during our stay. Great location while we skied & snowmobiled in Wolf Creek. "
