"Comfortable and cozy spot! We had several deer and raccoon visitors."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just minutes from local attractions yet very quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and there were thoughtful touches including dog treats for our pup. We hope to come back soon!"

"Beautiful property. Very unique; super clean. Would highly recommend"

"Perfectly nice home for our family vacation in Pagosa Springs."

"My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house."

"Comfortable, clean condo. Location was central to activities and easy access in and out"

"Nice home with ample room for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids.Lexi was very responsive."

"Great house close to Lake Pagosa! We walked to the water daily and it was only a short drive to hike in the San Juan National Forest. This host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! There were welcoming touches and thoughtful inclusions everywhere. The host was very helpful and responsive with quick communication. Perfect Pagosa weekend!"

"The home was excellent and the scenery was beautiful. If you pull a trailer you may need 4 wheel drive otherwise you’ll be fine"

"Beautiful home, very relaxing. Wish we would have been able to stay longer."

The first day there the temps were in the 90's and there's NO a/c. Unfortunately, the west wall has numerous windows all the way to the vaulted ceiling. We sweltered. Add the fact that the rate was double what it was in the fall, the stay wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped. I highly recommend this property; however, book it for cooler...

"It was perfect for our family gathering! It had everything we need for a great stay!"

"It was great! We’ll be back for sure."

"If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head...
