HOUSE: Enjoy the privacy of an immaculate house on 35 acres. This 3 br/ 3.5 bath two level home sleeps 8, and is perfectly located for convenient access to all the awesome things to do in Pagosa Springs. Close to National Forest, lake, river, and skiing as well as restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. Plenty of room for the whole family. 1 king size bed downstairs and 2 queen size beds in 3 private bedrooms, along with a twin bunk bed and 2 toddler beds. Fast satelitte WIFI from StarLink. We work remote regularly from here. Kid essentials are provided at no additional cost (Pack n Play with mattress & sheet, bouncer, high chair, indoor camping tent & kid's cups/dishes, indoor toys). Grill your dinner and relax with a drink on the deck or around the propane fire pit. Enjoy the incredible beauty of the views!

HOUSE AMENITIES: TV (no cable), washer/dryer, outdoor BBQ grill, internet, indoor board games (cards, dominos, dice, cards against humanity & many more), outdoor games (cornhole/bags, ladder toss, jumbo Jenga, disc golf), indoor fireplace is non-operational

HUNTING: Hunt deer and elk in the National Forest that surrounds the area. Pagosa is well known for its abundant wildlife. Our property backs up to BLM.
HOT SPRINGS: Famous healing natural hot springs (just 20 minutes away) and treat yourself to a massage and spa treatment.
SKIING: Wolf Creek Ski Area (known for the most snow in Colorado!) or explore the area while cross-country skiing.
FISHING: The San Juan River for trout, bass, perch, and others. Enjoy world-class trout fly fishing below Navajo Lake.
