    Layout - casa octogonal de 2 níveis. Entrada de nível dividido. Lá embaixo tem quarto com cama queen size; quarto com duas camas de casal; quarto / den com futon de casal, futon de solteiro e TV; banho completo com chuveiro; banho completo com área de serviço e chuveiro. No andar de cima tem sala de estar, sala de jantar e cozinha, quarto com cama king size, quarto com 3 beliches duplos, casa de banho completa com banheira e chuveiro.

We couldn’t have asked for a bettter stay right on the beach for our Oregon coast vacation. Tons of room and a great view! Great location to to travel up and down the coast to see all of the sites. Definitely would recommend!

Had a great stay here. While it's older, a bit worn out, the view/location is unbeatable! Quiet, provisioned well, great for large groups/kids/dogs. Hot tub was nice.

This was a fun place to stay. The home is unique with it's structure. We enjoyed being able to set on the deck and watch the kids play in the sand.

The host was responsive when we needed them. The location couldn't be topped! The only downside is the house itself needs some maintenance and upkeep.

Great house in amazing location

This house was perfect for a getaway of 9 adult friends. Right on the beach, the views can’t be beat. Spacious, comfy couch and plenty of beds! Nice to have 3 bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. Some wear but that is to be expected of a house literally on the beach! Highly recommend

The perfect location. We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub clean. House had musty odor and had to air out. Definitely could use some updates. No closets in bedrooms at least in lower level. Overall perfect location.

Everything was as described. I would add that we travelled out (fly/drive) with camp/beach chairs and that was not needed. There were plenty of plastic deck chairs. The house is funky, but the rooms were all as described and great! The location and views were the best! (and we have been renting homes along this area annually for 15 years.

Labor day beach

A great stay in a good location. The property's a little older and a little weathered, but completely fine. Everything was clean and ready for us. Directly on the sand with long beach walks and water out your door. Recommend for folks who are not expecting perfection and have dogs. The gated deck allows your dogs to wander in/out while you enjoy the sunset.

End of summer fun

Location is wonderful. The house is literally on the beach. My adult kids loved that for surfing and boogie boarding. The hot tub was a nice touch after being in the cold ocean. The dining area is very small. For as many people as it sleeps, you couldn't sit them all around the table. It's pretty cramped. The showers were great, nice water flow. There is a huge shower downstairs that was very nice. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. The home overall could use a little updating but, all in all, it is a nice house.

Upon arrival the interior of the home smelled like mildew. Deck has nails sticking up, stains on the carpet and linens My kids did not want to stay downstairs in their bedrooms because it was creepy. Their words I am happy with your company I will continue to rent from you, however this was far not worth it. Not for the value that we spent cannot hold be in those conditions

Great location. Fun home!

Our family loved our stay in this beach home! It was so close to the water and the hot tub was amazing! The office staff was friendly and helpful! The only complaints that I have would be that the fireplace in the pictures was no longer there. The only other thing was that the two bedrooms upstairs, the bunk bed room and the king size bed room, didn’t have a ceiling and so the noise from the shared spaces was not muffled at all. Overall, our family really enjoyed this home and would definitely return!

Hello, Our stay was fine but the house needs some attention. TV is old and we streamed from a computer, remote hardly works. Toilet was broken but rigged to work during our stay. W My guests and I made the best of our time but will not be paying that price for those accommodations again.

Fantastic house on the beach

Fantastic house on the beach. Large deck with hottub, chairs, table and gas-bbq. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 showers, laundryroom with dryers and washer. Kitchen has everything to cook dinner. Everything is working and clean. We stayed with 3 families, total 13 people, and it worked perfect. 10 minutes walk to the big sand dune and Pelican pub.

Great Stay

Excellent location, Great view, nice and roomy. There was adequate pots, pans, spices which made for great convenience. Door storage on inside of fridge needs wire racks put back in to hold items, found some extra trash under bed from previous renters. Overall all Great Stay

Nice but found mold in bedroom

The staff and house was nice and perfect for our family vacation. The only disappointment we had was there is mold throughout this house especially in the downstairs bedroom to the right. When I checked out I notified the lady at the front desk and she said they can get maintenance to go look but that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend renting this one until mold issue is fixed. We also have many pictures.

Great location but condition of house lacking

The location of this property can't be beat, the views are amazing and the deck was also really nice, unfortunately there wasn't any furniture except for a picnic table on the deck to allow for extended relaxing and taking in the view. Would have been nice to have a few Adirondack chairs or something. The house was also not very clean, debris under beds, toilet questionably clean, crusted food on some dishes in cabinets, splatters on doors/walls. Additionally the actual condition of the house was pretty deteriorated. Siding rotting/in disrepair, floor and baseboards completely worn out in the second story bathroom, many of the doors also had veneer missing/cracked. It appears the owners purchased this over a decade ago and haven't done any updates and barely the bare minimum to keep this operating as a vacation rental. It was fine for our trip but we wouldn't rent this house again for future trips to Pacific City.

Old and smelly

House is very old and much of the inside is worn or falling apart. There is a constant bad smell of old wet carpet and and moldy. Paying customers expect a minimum of clean and updated especially for the amount of money asking for this place.

Ocean front awesomeness

Everything was exactly as advertised. House was amazing, right in the beach, stocked with dishes, tp, paper towels, trash bags, and other cleaning supplies. This was great and unexpected, as other properties we’d stayed at didn’t offer much on that front. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! 👍🏻👍🏻

Dirty and horrible management communication

Morning of day 1 when trying to find my phone charger cord, I looked under the bed to find a used condom. It wasn’t deep under the bed and I was thankful I found it instead of my toddler who would have likely put it right in her mouth. In contacting the rental property and sending pictures I received a response about a hour and a half later, informing me she could have a cleaner there in about 3 to 4 hours, as they were getting another house ready for another guest. I felt like they did not take it seriously and when I said we properly disposed of it immediately, I asked to speak to them about another way to rectify this horrible experience. That was on day 2 of our trip. We have checked out since and I still have yet to receive a response to my email or my voicemails. On top of that the main floor bathroom did not work. The chain is rusted inside the bowl and constantly slips off. I cut myself on the handle of the downstairs shower head. Some major TLC is needed to make this an adequate rental. The view is great being an oceanfront rental, but that’s the only thing this house has going for it.
