As you step inside the Kiwanda Beach House your eyes go straight through to the mesmerizing views of this stunning stretch of Oregon's dramatic coastline. Instantly your frame of mind shifts to a more relaxed way of life. The special architecture of the Kiwanda Beach House allows for up close panoramic views of pounding surf, sunsets, headlands, whale watching, Haystack Rock, well it's endless.

Experience oceanfront living in this 4 bedroom house with 2 king size beds and a TV on each level. This is truly a special place having one of the king bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas, wrap around deck and garage with a BBQ all located on the street level.

Head to the shoreline to explore miles of white sand beach or stay in and embrace the simplicity of beach life. Happiness starts oceanfront!

The house is located beach front. However, there is a sand dune in front of the house that can become steep, do to the changing ocean tides and wind that move the sand around. Please use caution when climbing the sand dune to the beach, No fires aloud on upper beach by the house.

Great views! House was clean & well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels , lots of entertaining spaces. It would be nice if they had better cutting boards & sharper knives. I almost cut myself on the glass cutting board & dull knife while cutting an onion. Throw blankets would be nice for the cooler months on the deck. Thank you!!

We loved our stay for two nights . We had four adults and two children. Everyone had lots of space. We had great time cooking, playing, games, and walking on the beach and hanging out on the beach. It had everything we needed well equipped. The best part was the view and the beach. There was nothing bad about the place. The only comment is on the wraparound deck. There were some nail heads missing and the nails were sharp, so need to be fixed. I would definitely stay there again. It’s perfect for a group of 6 people. We were amazed at how well equipped it was. We really had everything covered that we needed.

This house is great! The rooms are good sized and the furniture comfortable. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and Haystack rock with miles of beach to walk. There is a significant sand dune to navigate if you access the beach directly from the house.

Amazing view, comfortable beds, dated property.

This house has amazing views and you can’t ask for better beach access. The dune is steep down to the ocean, so elderly family may find it challenging to get all the way down. The front deck is lovely to sit on and watch the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and much more modern than the rest of the house. The beds were comfortable, and as advertised. The rest of the house is oddly laid out and very out of date, but everything was functional. A couple odd things for us, there was half some old ice cream sandwiches in the freezer, a piece of un-eaten cake and a piece of fudge left on top of the fridge, it was rotten and smelled odd. I am guessing the cleaning crew missed that somehow, I am tall so noticed it right away. There was also a half broken glass in the cupboard which I cut my hand on when reaching in for a cup. Again, probably a cleaning or inventory miss. Not big deals, but for 800/night, I’d hope for a more thorough cleaning assessment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay despite a few minor oddities.

We spent the weekend in PC and this house was the icing on the cake! The views were incredible and the location was great too! Enough room for 6 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. Can’t think of anything wrong.

Perfect location!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and will rebook again! You can’t beat the view and location with family and friends. Beds were comfortable and clean. It could be updated…, wallpaper, newer towels in the upstairs bathroom…but the house was clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the shower and a full tank for the BBQ! The internet connection was SOOOO slow, but it was 4th of July weekend so the entire town had poor internet! Great communication from the property management!! Love this house!

This was our 2nd stay at this comfy house. I hope it's never updated (increasing the cost) and appreciate that it's clean, welcoming and well stocked with towels and kitchen wares. Great stay - thank you once again!

Fabulous Weekend at Pacific City

What a pleasant surprise to be able to pull into the garage to unload all our things, bonus! Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. Thank you for the aluminum foil and plastic wrap because we forgot our own!! Honeycomb blinds upstairs, amenities in showers. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Check-out was a breeze!Negatives (which are all easily fixable) would be that the wifi was awful in the afternoon/evenings, the dining room light bulbs weren't very bright, both shower pans didn't have anything non-slip and were quite slippery, small rugs in bathrooms in front of sink and shower were slippery and a tripping hazard, lighted numbers for clock/temperature on the stove/oven were almost all out and you couldn't read, the blender did not work very well, and there was no 9x13 baking dish that we could find (but we were able to use 2 different sized glass dishes).

Unbelievable Thanksgiving Weekend

We had the most magnificent stay at this oceanfront property. We were able to enjoy the beach for three sunny days…shocking. The property truly falls into the “location, location, location” rule…the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Would happily stay at this property again.
