Just a 15 minute scenic stroll from Oxford's historic city centre and colleges, you'll find this lovingly decorated, 4 bedroom (2 x King 2 x Double) period home. Dating back to 1895, it boasts original features incl. fireplaces but has been recently renovated. Includes: Garden / Smart TV / Dishwasher / Washer / Dryer / Coffee Machine / Bathtub / Shower / Desks & Chairs.

A stone's throw from cosmopolitan Cowley Road, known for award-winning restaurants and lined with shops, bars, cafes and more.

OUT & ABOUT
Victorian, terraced, three-storey town house located on a peaceful street in Oxford's Golden Triangle. Sandwiched between vibrant Iffley Road and Cowley Road, where you’ll find three of the top five best restaurants in Oxford according to Time Out, music venues, Oxford’s only independent cinema, and everything you need to cover your day-to-day needs: supermarkets, banks, ATM/cash point, petrol station, pharmacy etc.

Popular Magdalen Road, a 3 minute walk to the south, is home to an organic grocery store, a Nordic homewares shop, an excellent children’s bookstore, boutique yoga and fitness studios, and a number of delis, cafes, and eateries. Around the corner on Iffley Road is Hamblin Bread, which the Financial Times named as one of the 20 best bakeries in the U.K.

Of the fabulous restaurants nearby, some of our favourites include Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning gastropub The Magdalen Arms, Arbequina (a Tapas spot with a menu the Oxford Mail called ‘mind-blowing’), and Taste Tibet, with the best dumplings and curries in town.

You’ll be a 5 minute walk from dreamy Aston’s Eyot, a 32-acre wildlife haven, perfect for a countryside stroll in the middle of the city. Lush, relaxing Oxford Botanic Garden, the U.K.’s oldest, is a 10 minute walk away, as are several boathouses for punt rental. A 10 minute walk to the northeast takes you to South Park, the ideal spot for a picnic or jog with views of Oxford's dreaming spires. Florence Park, with its outdoor tennis courts and children’s playgrounds, is a 20 minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
A 15-minute scenic stroll over Magdalen Bridge takes you to Oxford’s historic city centre and college grounds. Numerous bus services run from Cowley Road and Iffley Road to the city centre and train station.

Travelling further afield couldn’t be easier with St Clements Street bus stop a 10 minute walk away, offering a reliable 24/7 bus service to London (the excellent OxfordTube) and surrounding airports (TheAirline).

Oxford city centre is just a 15 minute walk or easy bus ride away.

Westgate: New complex consisting of 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and leisure space including rooftop dining terrace with views across Oxford's iconic skyline, and a five-screen cinema.

Christ Church College and Cathedral: Founded by Henry VIII and featured in a number of films and TV shows, including the Harry Potter franchise. Stunning, must-see Romanesque and Gothic architecture.

Radcliffe Camera/Bodleian Old Library: One of Oxford’s most iconic landmarks, home to one of Europe’s oldest libraries. Make sure to book a tour in advance to have a look inside the Baroque dome.

The Ashmolean Museum: The world's first university museum, founded in 1683. Free collections range from Egyptian mummies to contemporary art. Terrific views of the picturesque Oxford spires from the Rooftop Restaurant.

Pitt Rivers Museum: Displaying half a million objects from the archaeological and anthropological collections of the University, part of the Natural History Museum.

Punting: Hire a boat—chauffeured, if you prefer!–at the Magdalen Bridge, a 10 minute walk from the house. Enjoy the quintessential Oxford activity as you glide down the River Cherwell or Isis (the local name for the Thames).

Oxford Botanic Garden: Founded in 1621 as a physic garden growing plants for medicinal research, it’s the oldest garden of its kind in Great Britain and home to 5,000-plus plant species as well as a lovely riverside cafe, where you can watch the punts go by.

Music & events: Oxford is rich in cultural attractions of every conceivable kind, from glorious Evensong at Magdalen College to world-class theatrical productions at Oxford Playhouse. You can check out big-name musicians, comedians, and more at 02 Academy, around the corner on Cowley Road.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
