Christ Church: Featured in the Harry Potter films.

The Ashmolean Museum: World's first university museum founded in 1683. Terrific views of the Oxford Spires from the Rooftop Restaurant.

Radcliffe Camera/Bodleian Library: One of Oxford’s most iconic sights. The main research library of the University, with over 12 million items and is one of the oldest libraries in Europe! Great views of the exterior can be obtained from St. Mary's Church.

Punting: Popular leisure activity involving hiring a boat and a pole then heading up/down the rivers of Cherwell & Isis.

Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

Travel cot available for use, please be sure to bring your own bedding and linen if required as this is not included.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

TV
The Smart TV does not include regular satellite channels. You will require your own login details to access many of the on-demand apps.

BBQ
The BBQ shown in garden photos is not for guest use.

PARKING
Unfortunately parking is not available at the property. There is free restricted hours street parking available outside, but please be sure to check signs for time/ day restrictions. Check out 'JustPark' online, for local, paid options. There is a Waitrose - 3 minute walk. Seacourt Park & Ride is a 14 minute walk and has long stay paid parking.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Oxford Family Trip

A great location and lots of space for everyone- including the lovely back garden. We provided feedback about the need for more kitchen utensils/implements and serving dishes, better fitting sheets and bedding, and the difficulty we faced with putting out the garbage. The hosts were very responsive and hopefully some of these suggestions will be addressed.

Lovely home

The house was lovely with great proximity to Waitrose (very handy for us). The kitchen was not very well equipped and we had to buy several kitchenware items including baking dishes, cheese grater, potato peeler and serving dishes. We were there for family Christmas so these items were important. There were a couple of maintenance issues - lose toilet seat and lose shower rose. The house was very clean, good light and lots of nice spaces for a large group.
