Não adequado e não recomendável
Para acessar o apartamento foi um transtorno enorme. Comunicação quase que impossível. Fizemos um chat com o Hotéis.com e o mesmo informou que receberíamos o voucher com a senha da porta de acesso ao local em até 48 horas depois, porém nossa reserva era para 1 noite! Então como se aceita uma reserva se o local só envia 48 horas depois sua confirmação. Se o local aceita a reserva para o mesmo dia, é inaceitável isso e politicamente incorreto.

The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and tidy, and the shower was fine. But it was on the top (3rd) floor - one issue being getting bags up small and narrow stairs, but the bigger issue being the terrible heat and lack of ventilation. We cooked, and it was only springtime. There are no windows that open, including in the bathroom. It was great that there was a fan provided, but there was no fresh air. We cooked. We were also really concerned if there was a fire - there was no way to exit apart from those terrible stairs, and also no visible fire alarm. Security was also an issue as there was also no way to lock the door from the inside - with the lock on the outside any previous tenant knowing the codes could have accessed the property. With all these concerns, especially about safety, we wouldn't stay again.

3 beds were clean and comfortable, but we needed 4 beds, and the last was a fold out camp bed. And unfortunately we had no hot water. Not great for a winter holiday. But it was an easy walk to the heart of Oxford and the hosts responded quickly. However, they were not able to sort out the hot water.

Very average
Location was quite convenient despite being approx 15min walk away from city centre. Code entry to the building/room worked without issues (there are no keys). Bed was comfortable and clean, plenty of pillows. The room was pretty big. I did not have issues with sreet noise but noise from other rooms, it sounded like elephants were stomping above me. There was also this weird super loud noise, still no idea what it was (maybe pipes, shower...), that woke you up multiple times. There was also what looked like mold/mildew on the bathroom wall. Wifi was ok. Overall an average place good for one night if you don’t want to break the bank.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to, about a 15-20 minute walk from central Oxford. It was a little confusing in terms of check-in; I didn't get the code to the door and my room until I reached out myself, but once I did it was very easy. Overall great bang for your buck - cuter and more quaint than a hotel and has a full kitchen with new appliances if you want to cook.

Conveniently located and really easy check in, with details of codes etc emailed beforehand. Clean and good amenities. Had wanted to try and arrange early check in but found communication difficult - the phone number on Expedia was either incorrect or the booking agent didn't respond, and no response on Expedia messaging either. Did finally get through via email on the day.

Not clean
We turned up to a messy room where the beds had been slept in and the rubbish hadn't been removed from the room as well as no lights working. Videos and Images were sent advised they would refund the money personally rather than through hotels.com but this never arrived. My engineer refused to stay so we had to book elsewhere this evening.

Excellent accommodation.
I stayed with my daughter in the family room for one night and it was just perfect for us. The access by key-code was straightforward, the room lovely and clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom and shower good. There is a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor for the use of all guests.

The bathroom floor needed a good mopping with Clorox disinfectant. It smells like urine around the toilet at all time because of the way they do their plumbing. The room was very very small for 4 people. No space to move around freely in the room. The staircase is super narrow. Every location in the area looks run down and outdated. We loved the option of having a communal kitchen. All rooms have privet bathrooms that was a big plus. Ugh No parking for your rental car. Instead they direct you to a paid parking lot/ carport to park which is about 1/2 miles away from the property.

A very cute attic flat in Oxford. 5-10 minutes walk to downtown Oxford. Parking is close by. Bus service under the flat. Clean place but small. The kid’s bed is not very comfortable. Nice garden at the back

DISSAPPOINTING and MISLEADING ADVERTISING .
The outside of the hotel could be more inviting in appearance,.one can barely see the sign, as it is so tiny and with no light outside by the door .The tiny yard in front of the hotel was occupied with huge rubbish cans and rubble,broken down wall,very untidy and unkept.We could not get into our room,no code was sent .We had to follow up.Front door to enter had no lock,two holes on the door which remained unlocked for night and day.Room was a Deluxe King but far from that description.Bed was satisfactory with clean linen .Bathroom shower cubicle was fairly new and clean with good shower heads and toiletries.However the bathroom was quite untidy . The floor was not swept and mopped ,hair was on the floor and old marks and usage from previous guest was evident. TOWELS were good and clean but were not replaced with fresh ones.Inside the staircase the carpet by one of the rooms was falling apart ,a safety issue that can be to a guest. Breakfast ???pathetic there was none .HOUSEKEEPING and MAINTENANCE needs to get with the programme with the upkeep of the hotel .The OWNER needs to work on the outside appearance of his property it looks shabby.Most of all it is not worth the price per night and the advertising is misleading .

The sound proof is poor . I could hear the sounds of the room 6 walking inside the room . I ended up to wait till Room 6 asleep so that I could sleep and I woke up once they walked inside the room

Nice but noisy
Fabulous room, very clean and easy access. We stayed in room 1 which was right by the front door and the main road, so unfortunately very noisy. Overall it was a very nice room. Noise was the only downside.

Disappointing
Clean worm room. Very disappointing in the morning no hot water. I work for NHS and needed just a clean place to sleep and hot shower. Left for work not been able to have a hot shower. 😨

Good and bad features
The building is very unpreposessing with rubbish piled up outside this and neighbouring properties. No host on site so access is via keypad. This could be tricky and i didn't like trying to gain entry late at night, especially as door is right on the street. Access to my room via another keypad. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Toliet / shower v small but v clean and plenty of hot water and good towels. No parking nearby except by taking a chance in residents' area in adjacent street. All in all, while it was quite convenient for where i had to be, it was very expensive for what it was.

Don’t bother.
On the day that I booked a room, it did not tell me that there was no parking. On turning up late after a long day on the road, there was nowhere to park( even close by). As I had no possibility to park my vehicle, I could not check in. Trying to contact the owners by all the options, I had to carry on my journey and try to find another hotel. It is a terrace house on a main road. Totally useless, unless you are on foot. No refund was given, even thru Hotels.com.

Great value and more comfortable than expected.
Very helpful staff observing the property. All went extremely well and at a very fair price. The road was a bit noisy, but this cannot be helped and the location is a winner!

房間乾淨寬敞舒服，距離牛津車站步行13分鐘，牛津市區步行23分鐘，不想走路旁邊就有公車站牌，斜對面有一間很大的超市可以買食材回來自己煮很方便，唯一小缺點是獨棟隔音通常會比較差一點。

phantastic - we've booked and payed online and some minutes later we've received the key code via email. The location is quiet, very comfortable and clean, the furniture is new and lovely!

Initial thoughts were ohhhh. Once we were inside the experience was totally satisfying. We loved the kitchen that was next to room number 3 and the facilities and bed were superb. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location.

Great location
Botley townhouse is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is a real bonus. Waitrose over the road offers a good breakfast or you can buy something to heat up in the kitchen. It's an easy walk into town or the train station or buses go past the door. This is my second stay and hope to retun next time I visit Oxford.

Location was ok. Not worth paying full price. Walls are too thin you can hear what all the other people in the other rooms are doing. People arrived at 3 and 4 am making lots of noice and screaming, then they did again when they left.

Nice place once I got in
Lovely room and facilities but on arrival realised my room had been given to another couple so couldn’t get in initially and had to make calls from the hallway to work out what was going on (no receptionist). Eventually got through to someone who informed me I’d been moved to another room (joined to the kitchen on the ground floor- presumably why the other people had asked to move...) and she gave me the details to let myself in. Room was nice and clean and there was a good, well equipped communal kitchen. My room was right next to the kitchen so was woken up at 5.30am and again at 6.30 by people using it.
