Florence Park stretches out right beyond your front door - its mature trees shifting from deep summer green into the first russet hints of early autumn, the paths quiet and unhurried in a way that feels increasingly rare this close to a city. This three-bedroom home in Cowley sits in one of Oxford's most characterful residential neighbourhoods, with the independent cafés, bookshops, and restaurants of Cowley Road within an easy walk. Inside, there's genuine warmth here: rooms that invite you to slow down, a kitchen set up for proper cooking, and evenings that have somewhere worth spending them.
Living space
The sitting room earns its keep. A dedicated movie theater setup with TV and sound system gives evenings a focal point worth staying in for - whether that's a film the whole group agrees on or background noise while the kids wind down. Books, reading material, and board games offer a quieter rhythm when the day calls for it. A dedicated workspace and WiFi mean those folding working hours into their stay can do so without compromise.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to five guests. The main bedroom holds a king bed, the second a double, and the third a single - well suited to a child or a solo traveller rounding out the group. All rooms are dressed with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. Portable fans, and central heating mean temperature is never a negotiation, whatever the weather outside decides to do.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is built for real cooking, not just reheating. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and bread maker are all here, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and a dining table to gather around at the end of it. Coffee is provided, so the first morning starts without any effort required.
Bathroom
One bathroom serves the home, fitted with a bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, and a full set of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
Outdoor living
The backyard opens onto a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - an easy setting for an autumn afternoon that stays mild enough to stay outside a little longer than expected.
Family-friendly features
Families with young children will find the practical essentials already in place. A crib and high chair are always at the property, with a Pack 'n play/Travel crib, children's dinnerware, and board games also on hand. Babysitter recommendations can be arranged on request.

Florence Park is on the doorstep, with Cowley Road's independent spots within comfortable walking distance. The home has a private entrance and free parking on premises, with free street parking nearby as well. A washer, dryer, drying rack, and iron handle the practicalities of longer stays, with cleaning available during stay for added flexibility. The property is pet-friendly and suited to long term stays. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and first aid kit.

Our approach is both entrepreneurial and innovative, fostering a melting pot of ideas and culture, from grassroots projects to internationally represented galleries.

Every journey has its rhythm — if you need a gentler start or a slower farewell, we can often accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Simply let us know in advance and we will always do our best to create a smooth, unhurried transition.|
Pets are welcome at the property. A £50 pet fee per stay applies for the stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
