"The rooms were spotless and although I didn't have daily service on towels, sheets, etc. I had no complaints. The only hitch was that I requested early check-in ( 2 hours ahead of standard check-in time) and was told that yes, the room was ready but there would be a $75 charge for early check-in. That was a very large gouge and I opted not to play that game. I was ready and the room was ready so why a large fee for a courtesy that was completely NO trouble to anyone? "A perfect place to stay for me and my dog, Archie. The place was clean and the location was perfect for a visit with family. It is safe clean and quiet. Plus as a bonus, there is a dog park attached to the complex! What more could you want. "

The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend!"
