"Excellent host and response time was wonderful. The unit is spacious with a nice closet area off the bedroom. It is in a nice area, not far from many restaurants, convenience stores, and a mall. We really enjoyed the location and appreciate our host for his hospitality and assistance as needed."

"The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well."

"There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. "

"This was a great place to stay for our first trip to KC. This property is a block from the state line, so we had fun walking into Kansas for dinner one night. We were also able to walk to the neighborhood coffee shop one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to a large park. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Was fantastic host are amazing people! Super friendly. Loved being able to have a home away from home for few days. As a chef i loved the kitchen being stocked with pots and pans to make dinner for nights we didnt wanna go out. All around loved this place it was our second time staying and will always be our favorite place.
