It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt. "clean and decent, but very very basic. There's a kitchenette but not a single plate or fork or pan. There's a coffeemaker but no coffee to brew in it."

"Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. "

"WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES."
