"The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. "We were there for Easter. Everyone and kids showed up for Easter egg hunt but there was no Easter egg hunt. Staff claimed that we missed it! In front of 4 different parents. We all knew it was a lie. We were all there. We didn’t need to check out until later that day but in order to pack and enjoy Easter egg hunt with kids we had to pack up early that morning and load the car. This caused a very disappointed and sad child (for us) I could tell others were in the same boat. We should’ve enjoyed...

"Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro."
