"I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help....

"The building is older and the couches can use some cleaning. Other than that, everything else is fine. Clean beds and towels. I would recommend booking the bay view or ocean front view if available. Overall, Its a decent place for it's price point."

"The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. "Perfect house. Everything carefully thought n provided. Location is very good too with lots of eateries, grocery stores and activities nearby. We loved the dedicated beach access to a less crowded area. Looking forward to recommending it as well as visiting again for years to come. "
