"The convenience of staying at Sea Ranch Resort with an ocean view room, beach access, and restaurant on property was excellent. The cleanliness of room was horrible. Linen was dirty with hair, lipstick, and stains. Lamps were dirty and dusty. Tub was stained but looked dirty. For $386/night I really expected a much cleaner room. Although housekeeping was gone for the day, a nice young lady on staff came to change our linen. Elevator was not working so we had to use the dirty staff elevator. The...
"Beautiful Inn- so glad a historical part of the Outer Banks still exists. Love the private walkway to the beach; very convenient and the beach wasn't crowded for the end of the summer season.
Wish they had a Chef...the only drawback was not having the breakfast on-site. The breakfast vouchers helped. Will definitely come back to stay! The wrap around porch with the breezes from the sound and ocean were wonderful!!"
"Generally, good place to stay with kids. I like that they have indoor and outdoor pools. Has access to the beach, less crowded, restaurant is not bad at all, plenty of parking. Staff members are very friendly, professional and helpful. The only downside we noticed was the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned; there were trash dispersed under the sink table, there were so much sand inside of the tub, the sink was full of water when we arrived."
"It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect a short walk to the beach access and several great food spots.

"The property was good; the staff helpful and friendly. The stairs were rather inconvenient for carrying a suitcase. The only way to get to my room was several flights of stairs. The keypad on the door was a little clunky, but the room key worked fine. Glad we stayed here for our girls trip, but not sure I'd choose to stay here again. For the price, I expected a bit more, but it was still very nice. Parking spaces hard to come by, but we managed a spot every time."
