One thing to know before visiting is that dogs are not allowed on the beach in Kill Devil Hills from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the summer. "Room requires general maintenance, bed in acceptable condition, towels worn out due to use, insufficient heating even when the thermostat is set to maximum temperature. Hot breakfast with omelette with cheese, fruit and cereal."

"Staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The beach view was partially obstructed by the dunes so it wasn’t as nice as I would have liked. The room was clean. Overall it was a nice stay."
