"Overall we had a great stay. The house is older and has weathered some storms but is fairly nice and served us well. Be prepared for lots of steps, which I'm sure is the case in any large beach house. We had 2 toddlers under 2 so it was a challenge to keep them off the steps. The gate from the top deck to the outside stairs desperately need to be replaced and some of the older deck furniture needs to be replaced but overall things were in pretty good shape. The hot tub didn't get very hot and...

"The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. "
