"Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories to use inside the house, very good sized rooms and comfortable beds. "We were looking for a nice house, in a quiet area, on the river, a short drive to New Braunfels and San Antonio. River Bend in Sequin certainly delivered. "I guess everyone has their idea of a perfect getaway house/property to stay in for a few days and I'm no different. We have stayed in dozens of places over the last 40 years and I will say this weekend was the best place we've found for the location, price, roominess, and overall experience for my wife and family. "Had a great 4 night stay at this house. Lots of fun activities for the kids and the adults! The house is so unique and was perfect for 3 families. Also was a good location. Close to gruene and new braunfels. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Adam was a wonderful host and very responsive! Thank you!"

"This is the BEST place we have ever stayed. The home was stunningly decorated, exceptionally clean, & located in the most picturesque setting I could have imagined. Ingrid and Brandon were incredible hosts, introduced us to the livestock, and gave us a tour of their farm. We also purchased farm-fresh eggs and beef from them which were delicious!
