I can only apologise for the noise levels you experienced in your room, our staff do try their best to avoid high noise volumes from guests in the lounges however we can't be held accountable for other guests lack of consideration. With regards to breakfast we do advertise that breakfast starts at 8am however we are more than happy to provide a continental breakfast earlier than this if requested in advance, I'm sorry if this was not made clear to you.
