"Our stay included a $40.00 charge for the 4th person in our two-queen room, but there were only enough towels, washcloths, etc. for three people. requested the additional items but they were never brought. we made it work but if there was a request it should have been followed through with."

"Initial room we were given smelled so strongly of mildew/mold i had to ask to be moved. The replacement room was better but still had a nasty odor. Mattresses are well worn and the fitted sheets appeared to be one size to small as they slipped off the mattresses with ease, disturbingly we found ourselves waking on mattress pads, disgusting!!! I did request properly fitting sheets the next day that were replaced and that issue was rectified. Unfortunately, the mattresses are worn and outdated....

"I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in. Robert gave me some suggestions on where to get a good meal which was helpful since this was my first time in this town. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and to my surprise did have Roku TV...big plus for me. I have expanded my business into this area and...
