Villa Del Vecchio in Ostuni is a beautiful vacation villa with large outdoor spaces equipped to spend stays under the banner of relaxation and well-being, enjoying exceptional panoramic views with the sea on the horizon.
The panoramic terrace is equipped with a Jacuzzi pool for 2 people, sun loungers for sunbathing, and shaded area furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There is also a second veranda furnished with outdoor lounges plus other areas in the garden, equipped with tables and chairs.
The interiors of Villa Del Vecchio are finished, tastefully furnished and very cozy. The living area consists of: a central living room with large windows, furnished with double sofa bed, piano and TV, spacious dining room, large well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one single. Completing the interior of Villa Del Vecchio are 3 bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub.

Villa Del Vecchio is located in a residential area of Ostuni, within a village where the greenery and the forms of Mediterranean architecture give harmony, tranquility and well-being.
Ostuni, the "White City," is just 1 km away. The beaches of Marina di Oscuni are also very close, reachable by car in a few minutes.
 
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the living room.
- The owner lives in the basement.
