THE SPACE:
Discover the allure of Pietra Campana, a 17th-century villa perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the ancient town of Orvieto. Surrounded by serene countryside, this enchanting property features an outdoor pool, hot tub, and is renowned for its production of olive oil.

The La Lavanda is a 436 square foot room that can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. The space includes a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds, a full private bathroom, an antique Walnut armoire to store your clothing, and handmade light sconces. This room also has access to the family kitchen to make coffee and store items in the refrigerator.


Enjoy complimentary amenities like free parking and Wi-Fi throughout your stay. There is a washer and dryer that is available to use by payment if needed. Additionally, the property offers a gorgeous patio area including a pool and hot tub that all guests can utilize during your stay. Pietra Campana is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from both the center of Orvieto and Orvieto Scalo Train Station.


GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to your specific room and the shared amenities throughout the Villa such as a tv room, a gathering room, outdoor tables on courtyard or between the buildings, pool and hot tub, and gardens.

Parking is included on the grounds.

- There is a shared Courtyard for your enjoyment
- No self check in. We have someone at the front desk who can escort you to your room.
- We do have a private entrance to the villa.
- Portable fans are available on request.
- All rooms are air conditioned
- Our team is available to wash and dry your clothing for additional cost. There are no self-serving washer and dryer units.
- Our heating is the split and we also have the radiator.
