"I had an overall pleasant stay at the Gateway Inn in Ashford, Washington. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location—being right near the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park makes it incredibly convenient for anyone planning to explore the area. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and really adds to the experience. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin.

"The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side. "Quiet area with a few other places around but def quiet and still seem as if it’s alone by itself. Cabin is cozy with with some essentials if you forgot a couple things. Traffic in area is rare and far enough off main roads
Def relaxing and a good escape for 1 or 2 people"

"This was a lovely escape for a long weekend. I wish i could have stayed longer. I adore this cabin. I came to see snow this trip, but I think it would be an equally beautiful stay during any season. "

"Adorable tree house looking cozy cabin nestled in the forest! Clean, comfortable bed, and fresh ground coffee in the morning. Heads up- no wifi, no cell service, and no landline. But we loved our stay and would recommend again 10/10."
