*PLEASE TREAT THE HOME WITH CARE & RESPECT – You’ll be staying in a privately owned home; we appreciate your mindfulness during your stay
*CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT – Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM, with convenient self check-in via keypad
*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 GUESTS – No additional guests allowed beyond the reservation limit
*NO PETS – Pets are not permitted on the property
*QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Gatherings, parties, or large events are strictly prohibited
*NO SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property
*NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY – The home may not be used for professional or commercial shoots
*BEFORE CHECKOUT – Please gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off lights/appliances, and lock up the property

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we value clear communication—please share these guidelines with your group in advance.
*Pets: Not allowed to maintain an allergen-free home.
*Hot Tub: Please shower before use; no glass, soaps, or additives. Use plastic cups provided. Misuse may result in a $200 cleaning fee. The hot tub is outdoors and exposed to weather, with a privacy screen for comfort.
*Power Outages: Occasional outages may occur; hot tub, heaters, and WiFi require power. Enjoy unplugged time by the fire pit or indoors.
*Snow: Winter conditions can be challenging—AWD and tire chains are strongly recommended (chains required Nov–May for the park). Driveway may be icy.
*Cell Service & WiFi: Service can be limited due to the remote location. Starlink WiFi is available but may be affected by storms.
*Firewood: Not provided; available at nearby stores.
