"This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need."

"We did expect nicer accommodations for what we paid, however we have quickly learned that everything is much more expensive in California. The door code did not work when we arrived, however I called the phone number provided and got help right away so wasn’t that big of a deal. The WiFi did not work our entire stay and there is not good cellular service so that was a big annoyance for us as we had teens that we felt uncomfortable leaving for a bit because we couldn’t trust them having service...
