This cozy Chico home is thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. Inside, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed and soft linens—one room features charming wood-paneled walls for a rustic, cabin-like feel. The full bathroom includes fresh towels, toiletries, and a tiled walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials. Gather around the large dining table or relax in the living room with a spacious sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. Step outside to enjoy the backyard space, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay, plus keyless entry and free parking for ultimate convenience.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home during your stay. Enjoy the front yard, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, Smart TVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s convenient driveway parking for one vehicle, plus plenty of street parking available. Please note, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring property. For your convenience, self check-in is easy and secure with a Smart lock installed on the front door.

If you’ll need a pack-and-play crib during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you.

If you’re staying multiple days, please note that between 12 PM and 4 PM, there may be a brief visit from our house cleaner or myself to pick up extra sheets and towels for the guest house on the property. We always aim to be quick and respectful of your space. If this is an inconvenience, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
