This fantastic game room is perfect for a family night or a game of pool. There is a large flat-screen TV with XBox, a foosball table, pool table, ping pong table and a variety of arcade games.
Oasis Resort
Free access to famous 16,000+ sqt OASIS clubhouse:1023ft Lazy River with a two-story waterslide, quiet pool, Jacuzzi tub, kids’ splash zone, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, movie theater, sand volleyball courts, and a business center. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
GOLF Course
The resort has an 18-hole championship golf course that is open to guests. The course is challenging but fair, and the views of the surrounding area are stunning.

There are 10 Smart TVs throughout the property, so you can always find something to watch. The TVs are all connected to the internet, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies.

The property has free access to the famous 16,000+ sq. ft OASIS clubhouse. The clubhouse has a variety of amenities, include lazy river, waterslide, splash park, spa, restaurant, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, movie theatre, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc
Outdoor park with playground, basketball court, soccer field, and bathrooms.
Two Greg Norman designed championship 18 hole golf courses. Guests of our home have access to the courses, but there is a fee to play golf.

The property is located just 10 miles from Walt Disney World. This makes it the perfect place to stay if you are planning on visiting the theme parks.

Home Rules and Access
1) Enjoy your stay!
2) Booking and access requirements
a. Send me a copy of your govt. issue ID.
b. Send me a list with names and ages of all guests.
c. We sign our rental agreement. (Generic copy attached}
d. I send you helpful and important info and your access codes.
3) Parking on the lawn is prohibited and your car will be towed by community.
4) Keep the pool/patio music at a level that it does not disturb neighbors. The County Sherriff will issue a $500 fine for late night loud music.
5) Be sure the protective pool fence is up when you leave for the safety of the next guest.
6) Lock all doors and windows when you leave.
7) The grill is free to use, but guests are responsible for refilling the gas tank and cleaning it after use. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for grills that are not cleaned.
OPTIONAL
*Pool and hot tub/spa Heating energy charge is $35 per day and needs to be for your entire stay. The pool must be heated in order to enjoy the heated SPA.
* BBQ grill available for rent at $100 per week, 7 day minimum, includes a full tank of gas.
** Please advise us 1 week prior to arrival if you would like to rent a grill or have your private pool/spa heated.

HOME RULES
ABSOLUTELEY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR GAME ROOM
Rule #1: Enjoy your stay
Rule #2: Minimum age to rent property is 28 years
Rule #3: Minimum stay is 4 nights
Rule #4: Children are not to be at or in the pool without adult supervision.
Rule #5: Take care of the home as if you have to pay to repair or replace things.
Rule #6: Parking on the lawn is prohibited and the community will tow your car. See community parking regulations in the blue folder in the home or ask the entrance gate guard for help
Rule #7: Please keep the pool/patio music at a level where it does not bother your neighbors. The Polk County Sheriff can give you a $500 fine for loud music.
Rule #8: Be sure the child protecting pool fence is up when you leave for the safety of the next guest.
Rule # 9: Please lock all doors and windows when you leave.
Rule#10: Be sure the grills are clean before and after using for the next guest when you leave.
Rule#11: Keep the temperature between 71*F and 77*F
Rule 12: There are black wash cloths to use for make-up removal. Please use these, if the white towels are stained or missing there will be a $25 per towel charge.
