Sitting outside overlooking the lake is what where you will find yourself drawn. Your decision is whether this will be with a coffee or a Margarita in hand!

Margaritaville Resort area is fewer than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal. Walk to Sunset Walk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options, this Cottage is ‘in the mix’. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre H20 waterpark close by.

The Space: The full kitchen provides you with everything you will need, from stainless steel appliances, full size fridge, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker

Open plan to the dining and lounge areas.

There is outside access to the rear where you can enjoy the sun whilst overlooking the lake behind the cottage.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are upstairs and have smart TVs.
1. The Surfstyle Suite. King Bedroom with water views. En Suite Bathroom with large walk in shower. Sleeps 2
2. Beach hut. Queen bedroom. Sleeps 2.
3. Steamboat. 2 x Twin Beds in Bunk Configuration.
Note this bedroom is accessed from the open loft area and does not have a separate door.

The Family Bathroom is also upstairs for use of guests in bedrooms 2 and 3.

This home is in the Margaritaville Hotel Resort area, but you will not have access to the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort swimming pools or resort amenities. With the 14 Acre H2o waterpark within walking distance and Disney around the corner, we don’t think you’ll mind one bit!

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
