You will have a private waterfront oasis with renovated private pool & spa with pond and fireworks views with fun updated patio furniture! The home is located in Emerald Island Resort (near the entrance and clubhouse for easy access!) just around the corner from Disney and other attractions. We are near many grocery stores and have every amenity imaginable nearby. The gated community has a stunning dolphin fountain entrance and the community feels like a preserve. It is in fact surrounded by conservation area, ponds, and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the center to walk. Even better, the home is just a short walk away from the clubhouse, walking trails, fitness center, playground, mini golf and more. The resort requires guests to purchase an access card ($20) which can be done upon arrival.

Our luxury home consists of 8 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The pool area provides private views of the pond, conservation area and abundant wild life. It has a huge covered lanai with new comfortable furniture capable of seating your entire group. The home was updated with brand new furniture, paint, furnishings, kitchen cabinets, every kitchen amenity you might need, Harry Potter themed game room with 75” smart TV and so much more! We have made this our dream vacation home and can’t wait to share it with you! We’ve also added extra fun - a golf cart is available for your use to enjoy the Emerald Island Resort amenities!

The bedrooms consist of two Master suites; the downstairs Master has a large soaking tub, separate shower, private lanai & pool entrance, large walk in closet and more. The upstairs Master has a huge walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower & tub combo.

THREE themed bedrooms await your fun seeking members of the family. These include a Toy Story room with two sets of bunk beds and a large slide! A Frozen themed room has a bunk bed and twin trundle, and finally the sweet It’s a Small World themed room has two full size beds.

There are 3 additional bedrooms; a bright and airy queen size bedroom on the first floor, a nautical king size bedroom on the second floor, and a beachy queen size bedroom on the second floor along with two additional full size shower/bathtub combo bathrooms on second floor.

Every room comes equipped with a TV and USB hub charges on the bedside tables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with you in mind, ensuring that it feels like a true get away. We know how important a good cup of coffee is to start your day and we offer a large Keurig along with a regular coffee pot (& plenty of filters!). There is a Mickey waffle maker, crock pot, plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. You will find everything that you will need to prepare delicious meals.

The pool and lanai face the Disney parks and we’ve had the opportunity to watch fireworks on clear evenings. The pool is freshly resurfaced with new tiles. The lanai has plenty of seating including a round relaxing chair, large comfortable POLYWOOD sofas with comfortable outdoor pillows, a dining table with 8 chairs, and two chaise lounges. There is also a charcoal BBQ for your use which we do not charge extra for (just please clean it after use).

After a long day at the parks, Be Our Guest at the themed table with 6 chairs and a large bench seating area. The table is richly themed after Beauty and the Beast and offers beautiful place settings, lumiere candlesticks and a stunning Beauty and the Beast centerpiece. It easily seats 10.

At the end of the day, enjoy family time in the custom brand new Harry Potter themed family game and media room. There is an air conditioner/heater in the room to keep it comfortable year round. We offer the only Skee Ball table in the area that we know of, a combination air hockey and table tennis table, along with Harry Potter props, a comfortable sectional for viewing movies on the 75” smart TV, a beverage cooler so you don’t have to leave the room! We have a DVD case to watch movies along with access to Netflix, Disney+ and more.

For our youngest of travelers the home comes equipped with two high chairs, a city mini stroller, two pack n plays, toys, 3 puddle jumpers for the pool.

The laundry room is located off the living room and has a washer & dryer available for your use and make a longer vacation easy to pack for!

We offer towels in all bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large Turkish cotton pool towels are also available – rolled and placed near pool, and extras in the laundry area.

Emerald Island Resort is a 24 hour Security gated community offering many amenities to its guests including; Mini Golf \ Tennis \ Basketball \ Volleyball courts, fitness center, Tiki Bar, Business center, outdoor pools, kiddie parks and walking trails. We truly hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do and really make this a vacation in which you build everlasting memories. Includes: FREE WIFI, FREE CABLE, FREE NETFLIX, FREE DISNEY+. We have a basketball, volleyball, two tennis racquets, pickleball racquets, tennis balls, mini golf putters and balls for your use during your stay.

Heating the pool is normally requested from Nov-Apr it is an optional $30/night, which covers our cost.

We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you're responsible for the replacements during your stay.

2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Liquid Hand Soap in each bathroom
1 garbage bag in each garbage can + extra trash bags
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash in each bathroom
2 dish soaps for the dish washer
2 laundry detergent pods for the washing machine

We also have condiments in fridge, baking needs, spices, and items left in freezer / fridge that would be fine for next guest to use if they wish.

<5 minutes by car you will find a Target, Walmart, Publix for food and supplies.

We provide comfortable towels in all bathrooms and Pool/Beach towels as well.
