The home is located in Emerald Island Resort, a gated resort community in Kissimmee just minutes from Walt Disney World. The neighborhood is popular with vacationing families because of its convenient location near Disney, shopping, restaurants, golf, and major Central Florida attractions. It offers a resort setting while still being close to everything guests come to Orlando for.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

A car is strongly recommended for getting around Kissimmee and the Orlando attractions area. Disney, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other major destinations are all a short drive away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available in the area.

The game room is not air-conditioned.
A propane grill is available as a self-service amenity. The grill is not professionally cleaned before every stay, and propane is not included or guaranteed. Guests may use any propane remaining in the tank and may exchange the tank locally if needed. If the grill is left excessively dirty after use, an additional $75 cleaning fee may apply.
This home has daily trash service. All trash must be placed outside in large kitchen trash bags only. Loose trash or improper trash disposal may result in a $75 fine.
