The Disney gates are 15 minutes away, and Universal is a 25-minute drive. World-class golf courses and multiple shopping centers are within 10 minutes. LIVING AREA Unwind after fun-filled days in the stylish living area, furnished with a plush sectional and a Roku TV. KITCHEN & DINING Create your favorite dishes in the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, ample countertops, and a four-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, the table seats six for meals. BED & BATH This two-story townhome sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms, each with a Roku TV. Find comfort in the primary suite, fitted with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second suite offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle bed underneath. The third bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath is an added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Your screened lanai offers alfresco dining for four, a private pool (up to 4'-deep), and a doorway to a shared yard area. Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.
Pool Heater: The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. $50 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
