1-When we arrived, NO ONE HAD NOTIFIED THE SECURITY GUARDS OF OUR STAY. SPENT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES trying to contact the property at midnight so that we could be added to the list & admitted through the gate. NO APOLOGIES WERE MADE FOR THIS RIDICULOUS INCONVENIENCE.2-ISSUES WITH THE UNITWe called the office the following morning to report issues with the unit. We were placed on hold for 10 minutes and the call went to voicemail. We had to call AGAIN the next day.-trash left in the master bedroom-a long expired water filter in the frig-extremely low water pressure in the showers- especially master-Almost impossible to take a shower.-No darts for the dart board, no tip on one of the pool cues.-game room floor dirty and dusty-upstairs TV no WiFi/unable to connect. All TVs broken or random electrical cords dangling beneath them. -pool cold - we were told it was too late to turn it on (36 hours after our voicemail). Never able to use it.-Poor amenities at unit- NO condiments at all, not enough dishes, no oven mitts,1 dish detergent pod, one kitchen trash bag, only mini bar soaps in bathroomsMaintenance finally came on Jan 3 at 2pm- told us he couldn’t fix anything & would let the “company”know. We contacted them with these complaints BEFORE THE END OF OUR STAY-no effort to correct them or compensate us.This was the most disappointing rental experience we’ve ever had.
