This is a two-level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This elegantly decorated property has a comfortable living area with a large sofa and ample seating for everyone to relax and watch their favorite show or game on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests at the wooden table. The fully-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare from a mid-day snack to an elaborate meal while keeping up the modern feel with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
First-floor patio doors lead out to the private balcony with amazing nature views and seating for 4 and 2 lounge chairs to relax and soak in the Florida sun! This property can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The upstairs bedroom offers an ensuite king master bedroom. The bathtub is located in the bedroom and separate standup shower. The first-floor bedroom offers an ensuite king bed, the bathroom has a large bathtub and separate stand-up shower. You will also have private access to the patio with seating for 2. Lastly, the second bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed and a full bed along with a gorgeous view of the resort's nature and patio access. All bedrooms come with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. Max of 6 cars per address Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

HORRIBLE! I gave it one star since this is the lowest rating I could choose. I have stayed at this resort multiple times and have never experienced customer service and filth like this listing.
I checked in with my niece around 7 pm, and there were dead worms, Nats under the blankets, spider webs in the corners, hair on the quilt, and a lizard in the kid's bedroom. The outside area was also under construction, guessing why there was a lizard. The other filth is unacceptable.
Left a vm night of and sent an email. My three nieces slept on the couch after I covered it with linens found in the dresser. Florida Vacations never responded. I had to call again in the am to request a full cleaning - they were unable to give me a time. They never came - had to continue calling. Finally showed up after a full day at the pool to change the sheets. Not actually clean. One housekeeper questioned why I needed the sheets changed and I said because there is hair and nats.
No one actually cleaned. So we stayed in filth and too late to book another stay.
Also listing stated “waterpark” this is a lie. If the listing doesn't state membership to reunion YOU are unable to use the water park and unable to pay for the day. Listing should say NO ACCESS. - this isn't a “fun for family” perk since we weren't able to access.

Lovely totally refurbished condo with a couple of glitches
I know The Seven Eagles condos at Reunion very well as we’ve been owners of a condo and then a house (recently sold) at Reunion since 2007.
Seven Eagles is a 1 min walk to the gym and pool at the Cove and a 3 min walk to The Grande. Probably the best position in Reunion.
The condo is south facing and the balcony and lanai has a degree of privacy and nice view of some shrubbery.
I booked it because of the location and sunny rear. I was aware that is right next to Old Lake Wilson road, which has a lot of traffic on it.
Sitting outside, you hear the roar of the traffic which is 25 feet away.
If you booked unaware of this, you could be in for a nasty surprise.
I think the great price reflects the above and we saw the location and southern exposure as balancing out the traffic noise.
On the upside, the condo looks like it’s brand new inside. It’s been totally refurbished. The bedding, sitting room and kitchen are fab. The washer/dryers are brand new.
However, the fridge, which also looks new, cools only slightly below room temperature even on max chill. We had to put our drinks (sodas, water and wine) in the freezer before they were cold enough for an enjoyably drink. Our fruit went off pretty quickly too.
We reported this to the management company who eventually sent someone out to verify and left a message that they’d get a tech out to fix it.
No one showed up and no one responded to 3 texts sent to them.
So, I popped in to see them in person. They are very close by.
They apologized, said they’d take a look and fix it but we never heard from them again.
It wasn’t a deal breaker but a properly functioning fridge is important in hot Florida.
Also, don’t expect the Wi-Fi signal to stretch to the upstairs balcony. It’s pretty poor in the upstairs living room too. We switched to our phone data plans.
All in, we can see the owners have recently refurbished it to be as new. We suggest they upgrade the fridge or get it fixed and get the Wi-Fi signal boosted in the upstairs and they’d have 5*’s from us.
