Amenities were poorly maintain and host was very dismissive about these issue when brought up. We specifically rented this house because it had a pool and hot tub. We paid extra to have it heated. We arrived to find the pool and hot tub 1/3 filled with water, nothing turned on or working and no internet. When these issue were brought up they give unhelpful response like well the pool can take over 24 hours to heat when I sent pictures of it almost empty and no pumps running because the water is to low. When the the pool and hot tub were fixed late day 4 of our 8 day trip and heated on day 5. No offer of any kind of discount was was offered. We help trouble shoot the internet with them and met with the repairman to let him in to do work day 3 of our stay. We paid for multiple amenities that were not available to us on our stay and host has made 0 effort to make the situation right. We feel robbed.

The house itself met our needs. It needs some deep cleaning, specifically the chandelier. The towel options were low and of poor quality. We also had no internet, which was a problem since we had work that needed to be completed. The manager insisted that there was a local outage, but that was not true. I did not appreciate getting told I was wrong and that they were handling it. When the worker arrived the next day, he said no outage, this system is thrown together and wired the cheapest way it could be. That is why the internet was not working; it had nothing to do with a local outage. Which I knew this since I was able to walk two blocks down the street and use the business center by the pool, which worked fine. We were also not called when the company came to work on it. It just happened to be when my husband walked back to the place we found the worker inside the place. The managemen company told us they would call us to let us know when they were arriving, which they did not. So when dealing with these management companies, they try to get away with the bare minimum for cost. That was evident in this place. If you are in need of this place and heading to Disney everyday its great. If you needed to use the place for work and play not a good option. Better to rent from someone who actually owns it, not a management company. Finally, when communicating with the management company, they were delayed in response I asked about garbage removal, andI already left the property.

Rooms were clean, mattresses are old and lumpy somewhat uncomfortable. Unfortunately there is extra fees applied for use of a heated pool for this property. The jacuzzi is attached to pool uses same water flow, so that was cold. We had extremely noisy neighbors with music that was loud and on until 2:00 am for 3 of our 6 day stay.

The house was nice & clean but house gets hot around 4 or 5 each morning??? The pool & hot tub wasn’t hot although we had paid for it before hand but they took care of it as soon as we contacted them. The toilet paper wasn’t good & no trash bags for trash? Ants in kitchen counter got in all our food? The people respond quickly & were very nice when we called. The house is very nice just needs a lil attention.

We had a large group of 11 for this trip and man was this house perfect!! Everyone had a bed and space to relax. 4 days at the parks and rest days here were perfect! The kids swam while the adults relaxed. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. We did have a chair break on us somehow but communication with the host was easy and they quickly removed the chair. The kitchen faucet could use some tightening and they have some serious speed bumps around the community. Oh and we somehow only got 5 washcloths but some of us had poufs anyways. But none of this brings down the 5 star experience we had! We would absolutely consider this property again and we will be recommending it to our friends as well!

Horrible communication !!!.My toilet was clogged for several days ,I called for someone to assist NO ONE called back ,NO ONE called when I requested heating to the sauna no one followed up .I did not receive any call backs .. If you do plan on staying here ..Good luck

Took my family to Disney and this house was amazing. Family consists of myself, my spouse, my 4 children(13, 10, 2 and 1) and mother-in-law. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own places to go but big living space to all sit comfortably together. It's only 20 mins from most of the parks. Definitely recommend to anyone bringing a decent size group.

Good location with plenty of room.

We had no major issues with our stay other than the home having an ant problem. You can tell the home is a rental because the carpets are worn and some trim is beaten up. It is not as clean and pristine as the photos look. The home appears surface cleaned but doesn’t appear to have been deep cleaned in a while. the floors did not look like they were vacuumed well as there was small bit of paper or something on the floor. The pool was also dirty.

We decided on this property so we could stay together with a large party. Furniture and listing details are accurate but the whole place needs a deep clean and several repairs. There were ants regardless of how much we cleaned up, the AC was not cooling, and the tile showers had mildew and gunk in the corners. Some beds and pillow cases did not have protectors which is concerning for the amount of guests rotating through. I would not stay here again simply because it did not feel clean or maintained. The kids loved the ping pong table and pool!

Family Getaway

We stayed with extended family and the layout of the house was great. Would love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool. There was a bit of an ant problem. The iron didn’t work. The washer seems like it needs to be updated, but overall it was fine.

Not great

The house was filthy. The floors were not clean very well. The couch had crumbs ALL over it. Someone also stuffed an apple sauce packet in between the sections of the sectional couch that was never removed. Even after they came back during our stay to clean the house. The stairs were never vacuumed even after they came back to clean the house. The appliances were wiped down down but looked like it was done with a wet rag so the stainless steel looked awful and very uninviting. The hot tub jets worked for a total of 10 minutes. They were suppose to send done e to check. I don’t know if anyone did but they never hit back to me. A refund is pending. On the pool and hot tub It was not a great experience. clean the house.

House needs some TLC

We did encounter many quirks with the house. The list is extensive.Clogged sink, clogged shower drain, broken shower head, broken microwave, broken fridge on thursday of our stay and lost all of the the food we had. Not enough space to write it all

Great experience

We had a bit of trouble with the house code but our call was answered right away and fixed for us.We had a few questions before we arrived and each of them was answered promptly.Overall, a wonderful stay for us and we are planning to look at booking here again next year.
