This is the cleanest rental that weā€™ve been to. The owner was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Everything we expected to be provided was there and more. The main pool is heated and just steps away, yes they play music, but we couldnā€™t hear it inside the room, and we never had issues finding a place to sit. There is a fitness center and game room next to the pool, again steps away. Close enough to Disney and all of the restaurants and shopping but far enough away that you canā€™t hear the noise. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator so you do get a bit of a work out moving in and out. The fan for the AC unit was a little loud but other than that the place is perfect. I would stay at this location again for my next Disney trip.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and went to Disney. The Queen size bed was a quality mattress, the 3rd floor unit was clean, stocked with all we needed and had a lovely view of the pool area. It's location to attractions was perfect. Very nice and pretty complex.

Fine for a short stay

My wife and I enjoyed our time, but please know that there are minimal table settings (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) and the fact that we were told you couldn't turn the air conditioner down past 75 was not a pleasant surpise. It's FL and it gets hot, 75 degrees is not that cool when it's warm and humid outside. Pool was loud at times. Very nice place to stay overall.

Very nice condo in a great, gated complex. The pool was really nice and played awesome music (60's-80's mostly). The check in was easy and the host was very helpful! We would stay here again!

Convenient Location

The property was conveniently located. The property owner was very help and accommodating with our late arrival. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. The only area of concern was the shower. The water did not get very hot, so showers were not very enjoyable. Also, the shower fixture looked to have been repaired but it still didn't seem to function correctly. Other than the shower the unit and grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice. Unfortunately I didnā€™t hear the warnings of the other people about the noise from the pool and at 9 AM on New Yearā€™s Day blasted with music that you could hear throughout the house with the windows closed furniture isnā€™t very comfortable. The bed was fine.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Everything from beginning to end was a cut above the rest. Beautiful clean residence. The host was welcoming, informative and accomodated the time of our arrival. Would most definitely stay here again next trip to Disney.

A great and affordable place to stay!

Had a great time! Very close to everything Disney. The host was great and very communicative. The amenities were awesome also! Has a huge pool, splash pad for kids, tons of lounging and a game room/ billiards to play in. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time!

Cute, clean but noisy

Perfect little apartment for one or a couple in a good location. Very much a rental and not someoneā€™s home. Not even an extra shopping bag to be found. Has all you need but no extras like some VRBOs provide ( coffee, etc.). I wanted a quiet relaxing time but unfortunately this unit faces the pool and they play music from 9am to 10pm. This should be noted in the listing. If that doesnā€™t bother you then itā€™s a clean, cute, convenient location.

As advertised

The condo is as advertised. The place is very nice. Small but you know that going in.. Nice condo complex and the unit overlooks the pool. The only problems I had with the condo is that the air conditioner is very loud. I mean very loud and it comes on often. The other problem is the couch. It's a futon and is not very comfortable. Would I stay there again? Yes but only for a short time.

Great!

This condo was great for our trip over Memorial Day weekend in 2022. It was our first trip to Florida. The location was great, with easy access to grocery, I4, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but we knew this when booking. Our 7-year-old slept on the couch/futon and thought it was comfortable. In-unit laundry was great. No complaints or issues. Roy was very helpful for check-in/out. We did not have any problems but knew he would be readily available if something came up.

Nice place

It's everything you need and is far better than a comparable valued hotel. The owner Roy is easy to deal with and nice. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, kitchen utensils and toiletries. It has a nice view from the sliding glass door/balcony. The only downside is a loud AC. Other than that the place is great. A+++ Thanks Roy

Had a great experience

We had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with the basics you need when you travel to Orlando. The host was very friendly and responsive when we communicated with him. The location is about 20 minutes from Disneys theme parks. The building was in great shape, the pool was awesome for relaxing after a day of walking in the parks. Overall I would recommend staying here. Great value for the money.

Not quite what was expected

Overall, itā€™s a decent place and in a great location, but not quite what I expected. It is listed as a ā€œluxuryā€ condo, but was definitely more outdated than the pictures let on. It was, however, furnished nicely. Cleanliness was ok - there were some stains on the couch and cushions outside, and some red spots on the bathroom floor (donā€™t want to know what those were) and old toothpaste marks on the front of the vanity. The tiny coffee table was broken on top and tilted side to side. Pros: Great location - close to Disney and lots of shopping and restaurants just down the road Easy in and out of the community with the pass card Very nice pool area Nice little screened in porch where I spent many evenings relaxing Cons: This unit is right outside the pool, which is great. However, loud music plays at the pool every single day from 9am to 8pm. If you are looking for quiet or have young kids who need to nap, this is not ideal. The music should be mentioned in the listing. Air conditioner works well but is incredibly loud You are supplied ONE single-ply roll of toilet paper. I figured this out the hard way when I ran out and then had to go buy more of my own. Also only one roll of paper towel and very limited laundry or dishwashing supplies. Kitchen is stocked but has zero spices, cooking spray, oils, etc - if you intend to cook you have to buy all of these things on your own. Gym is adequate and has everything you need for a good workout but was VERY dirty and the air conditioner was broken. Plenty of towels, but no actual beach towels provided. I had to use striped bath towels for the pool. Pool bag provided in closet, but was full of sand and stained on the bottom. Small cooler found in the laundry area, but the handle is broken and kept popping off. I enjoyed my time here, getting a week alone while at a conference, but donā€™t think I would stay here again.
