Great location and very spacious, comfortable home. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kid enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the parks.

We booked this property for a family stay to attend a high school graduation. It was a large group with adults and children and the layout of the bedrooms with no stairs was perfect! We had planned to spend alot of time at the house so a pool and hot tub were a must. However, the hot tub didnā€™t function. The pump was turned off at the breaker. When the pump was turned on at the breaker and you turn the dial to operate the hot tub timer, it just drained the water. Before I could even understand what was happening, it was empty in a matter of about 10 mins, which was a huge safety hazard. I did attempt to contact the owner and management company about the issue. After 2 days a woman came and took some pictures but issue wasnā€™t resolved. So hot tub doesnā€™t function.I booked this property back in January but wished I had reviewed the more recent reviews. Lots of minor maintenance issues as others have mentioned. Sliding door was off track but my dad was able to fix it. Carpet was in bad shape with an odd spot in the master room that I continually tripped over. Fridge has limited shelving with no working ice maker. Kitchen was ok but no baking sheets or round cake pans that I found. The internet is poor and simply doesnā€™t support the streaming TVs and multiple devices. We were lucky to get one tv to stay on at a time let alone 5. Everyone complained, mostly in the evening as we were out and about or swimming during the day. Might not be an issue for some.

We came for 1 week for The Summit cheerleading championships. Everything was great, very smooth process, loved this house & location to ESPN!

The overall experience was great but there were a few maintenance issues. We paid for heated pool, however the pool was not heated. Lightbulbs were burnt out,guest book full, limited fridge shelves to use, ceiling fan did not work. Hot tub acted kind of funky around 10:00pm every night, water would start draining out but full again in the morning. Property was very nice, just need to go over maintenance stuff

Everything was as described. Great fit for our family. We didnā€™t cook much, but the unit was fully equipped to do so. Great space for all of us to hang out at night. Communication was top notch

Our Family vacation included 6 adults (ages 26 to 75), my two grandchildren (ages 5 and 9) and two dogs. We spent 9 nights and enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at the Disney parks. Reading the reviews prior to arriving at the house prepared us

The property was a short distance from Disney Parks. Loved the house. Family was able to rest and relax after long day at parks in pool and hot tub. Walmart 5 minutes away. We enjoyed two weeks at this beautiful home. We came to go to Disney and it was nice having a place close to the parks. Especially after a long day walking around. It was also nice having a pool in the back yard for the days we just wanted to stay in. Itā€™s also close to all the gift shops. As I said in the title it was a magical experience.

Overall the propery was nice, exactly as pictured. Very private neighborhood. Close to everything. Very spacious. The shortcomings: The house was obviously cleaned, but perhaps it hadn't been rented in a few weeks as there was a light layer of dust on surfaces. The pool table was useless, all 3 of the pool cues had no tips and the felt had a rip in it. Lastly, the refrigerator had no ice or water despenser; all of the shelves on the refrigerator door were missing; and the bottom drawer is broken.

The property was exactly like it was posted. There was no surprises to what to expect, because it was great. The property was clean and everyone enjoyed the stay. The kids loved being in the pool. The only thing different that I would do is get the heated pool. I would definitely try to rent this house again.

The property is advertised as having a hot tub, but once you get the check in email you find out you have to pay for it daily $25. So we had a cold pool and spa. Fridge is missing half the shelves so doesnā€™t hold much. Not very cold. For as many people as this house holds there is not enough kitchen supplies or towels and wash clothes. Only 1 key for the property so very inconvenient to have to put it in the lock box everytime. Beds are hard. Half the lights in the house do not work. Pool was dirty. Screen around porch is tore up and unattached allowing a lot of insects inside. Had to deal with wasp and lizards and even a snake in the pool. Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. Pool table doesnā€™t even have pool sticks with cues on them. They literally are wood sticks so we couldnā€™t play afraid we would tear the table. Very dissatisfying!

My husband and I brought our two teenage grandsons on vacation to Orlando to experience Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. This house was perfect! Well taken care of, and very spacious. Walmart was five minutes away, so making stops for groceries was a breeze. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes. We drove over to Cocoa beach two days from this home, just a little over an hour drive, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded. Nice pool and neighborhood.

Owner quickly addressed our concerns. Everyone was impressed with the house. This is our third year in Kissimmee, but first time with VRBO. Very pleased with the experience.

We enjoyed our visit to this home. It was well appointed and the beds were quite comfortable after long theme park days. Owner was responsive any time we had questions.
