The Space:
This home is perfect for family trips or group vacations, where everyone can stay together and enjoy a fabulous time. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, and the home features comfortable furnishings, delightful decor, and in-home entertainment options such as a private pool and a game room that features an air hockey table, a pool table, and a foosball table! It's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, making this home a big hit for all! The gated resort community is conveniently situated near the area's top attractions, retail shopping, groceries, tasty restaurants, and world-class golf!
The main spaces of this 2643 sq ft, 2-story townhome:
- The main level LIVING ROOM is outfitted with a comfy sofa and a Smart TV with cable channels with the capability to connect to your own streaming accounts. The second-level sitting area features the same!
- Fully-equipped KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances and granite counters with a breakfast bar with 4 stools. We’ve included a dishwasher to make the clean-up process quick and easy! This area has access through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the outdoor patio.
- A DINING TABLE where you can share good food accompanied by good conversation.
- Of course, this vacation wouldn’t be complete without a beautiful private pool out back on the screened-in lanai, complete with sun loungers to work on your tan and an outdoor dining table to dine al fresco. A full-width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool. The covered section of the lanai is the perfect size for those 'no' sun worshippers to enjoy their afternoons outside.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story home.
- During the winter and fall months (Oct to April), the pool can be heated for an additional fee. It must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival and heated for the entire stay.
- Pool heating is only available from November to the end of April.
- A BBQ grill rental is available for an additional fee. A propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To obtain access to the resort amenities onsite, there's a one-time fee per household paid upon arrival. (1-12 Guests: $35 | 13+ Guests: $45)
- Clubhouse pool and common area rules and hours at the resort community must be respected.
- Guest acknowledges that the use of the private pool is at their own risk and agrees to hold
harmless and indemnify the Property Owner, their agents, heirs, and successors from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees), and harms arising from or related to the use of the pool on the property for the duration of their stay.
