Nestled within the gated Bella Piazza community in Davenport, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo puts Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld all within a 30-minute drive - so you spend less time on the road and more time making memories. Whether you're visiting in the heart of Florida's warm season or over the holidays, the sunshine state keeps the fun going year-round.

 

Living space

Spread across 1,217 sq ft, the open-concept layout flows naturally from the living room into the dining area - with seating for six - and through to the fully equipped kitchen. Granite countertops, a dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics mean you can do everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper family dinner without leaving home. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep things comfortable throughout your stay, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on anything between park days.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The master suite features a king bed, its own private balcony, and a built-in closet. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed - a great fit for younger guests. Every bedroom includes a TV, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets so everyone settles in easily. A pack 'n play/travel crib is also available for families with little ones.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, hot water kettle, and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you need. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and keep things fresh throughout a longer stay. Starter supplies are included on arrival: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you may need to restock some essentials along the way.

 

Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are well-appointed with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are provided.

Walt Disney World is roughly 10 miles away (about 20 minutes), Disney Springs around 12 miles, SeaWorld 20 miles, Universal Studios 24 miles, and Orlando International Airport approximately 30 miles. Old Town Kissimmee, Gatorland, and The Mall at Millenia are also within easy reach for a change of pace.
