New contemporary furniture, new paint, new floors, new appliances... this condo is one of the best in Windsor Hills. Each room has an amazing view on the lake. There is even a private balcony (screened in so that you are protected from the mosquitoes) facing the lake. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom (2 full beds). All bedrooms have TV's (with regular cable and apps so that you can also connect your own accounts like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+...). The kitchen is fully fitted with pots and pans. There is a microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, a washer and a dryer. The condo is located 2-4 minutes walk only from the clubhouse. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities: Gym, theater, mini-waterpark, heated pool and spa, tennis court... There is even an onsite Marketplace & Grill. The subdivision is without any doubt the most sought-after location for guests who want to stay in a resort close to Disney (6 minutes drive only). Windsor Hills is gated and has guards 24/7. You cannot beat the location, and you just found one of the best condos in Windsor Hills. Book it before it is gone. Memories guaranteed. (For people with disabilities: This condo is located at the second floor and there is an elevator. The condo is not ADA but all condos have large door frames for people using a wheelchair).
IMPORTANT: In September of 2024, the pool will be closing temporarily for resurfacing. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but please know that this maintenance is necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of our community pool.
If the weather permits, the resurfacing process is expected to take roughly four weeks. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as the Windsor Hills HOA works to complete this important project efficiently.
We recognize the importance of the pool as a gathering place for our community and we share your desire for all guests to enjoy it fully. The resurfacing is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the pool for everyone's benefit.
All other amenities remain open.
? What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
?? Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
?? Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
?? Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
?? Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
?? Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
?? Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
